Few months back I purchased two pairs of footwears from Bata Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. And I am a regular customer of Bata.The stock and staff was good.Manager attended me personally and he was very knowledgeable about every product... What else a regular customer want-An honest suggestion and offering the product per the expectations. I appreciate their good work and knowledge.

This Bata shoe store is always the same disappointing in product choice and service. They always have more serving staff then they have customers and yet no one will approach you or offer you to help. If you do stop someone to ask a question, which in my case was - do you have it in other size? they will answer it (mostly - no this is the only size available) and disappear. In other places the person will not only answer the question but will offer to help you with other options. I dont understand why the service is poor. Is this a franchise and the owner is never here? Or its a Bata owned store and this is the norm with Bata stores.

Mr. Ajay soni is very helpful and great Man today I went Bata show room I wants oder Black ariticals shoes this was not available in the store. I was fully upset because I went 4 Bata showroom in jaipur after Mr. Ajay soni explained me sir dont worry we will arrange for you. he was sent all jaipur Bata show room my shoes pic but stock was not available after he was ordered for Bata showroom online home Delevry its made great day I was fully happy nice customer satisfaction also once again I wants thanks from bottom hearts

I would love to give 5 stars as Staff and owner have really good customer service skills. Very gentle and polite . I would recommend everyone to visit them 👍

I had a very good expericence when i visited the store ...they have good varietirs of shoes....and the staff behivour is also very good they were very polite and helpfull .

Staff was so rude they didnt attend me properly they just tell each other to attend the customer so i decided to just leave the place without buying anything.

The staff behaviour is good.I purchase a shoe for my wife in Bhopal city, and i live in jaipur.The shoe was defected and i visit the Jaipur bata showroom for the replacement, they receive my request and cross-check the shoe and see the bill.They immediately exchange the shoe with new design.I had replaced it within 10 days.Satisfied 😀

Dont want to give even one star.. At the time of selling products they are very politr in beahavior and at thr time of exchanging products they are very rude.. Staff and owner are very impolite.. Wont recommend this shop to anyone.. Dont visit this shop.. Just hatr this shop.. May god pay them for their deeds.. They have worst exchanging policies.. They dont have sizes of shoes.. May this shop gets closed..

Stuff is good as its a Bata store...but the staff is average and the manager is ridiculous. They feel as if customer is foolThere is a incident -They gave a voucher on some purchase to my mother and no terms n conditions regarding the same was informed to her and when I went to redeem the same they told it can only be redeemed on 2000 n above purchase further the same day they had flat 15 percent off at the store so when I asked the manager to provide me that discount he cleared said that you can either redeem the voucher or take that discount as its in their terms and conditions(t&c) and when I requested him to provide me the list of their t&c he cleared denied saying that its their internal document which they cant give to the customer.

A shoe store where it is very difficult to find patterns,sizes n salesperson to attend to you all at the same time. If u find d pattern you wont find d Color, if u find d color u will definitely not find the appropriate size. Kids collection - bubblegummers- is really cute. They could do much better if they have a more proactive staff.

Good store to pay a visit. North Star and Hush Puppies is worth taking a look.
