Few days back i visit this place for NH8 FESTIVAL. This place situated in Marriott (jaipur). What i like the most is their ambience/interior. The curvy wells are damn good .They serve both non veg and veg menu. And both are perfect.Service of staff are very fast and they are very friendly.*The most exciting part my visit is MIRCHI KA HALWA which is the signature dish of CHEF RANJEET (RECOMMENDED)WILL VISIT SOON β€οΈπ―FOLLOW ME ON:-INSTA - @taste.of.hungerZOMATO - @taste.of.hungerTRIP ADVISOR - @taste.of.hunger
Go there for the Ala carte, rather than the buffet.Good ambiance, but not so good taste.
The flawless, seamless and quick-footed service delivery by Senior Service Associate Bhal Singh has been the highlight of my dinner. He is the face of this renowned eatery in Jaipur is one thing, Bhal Singh is extremely adaptable like water while serving the guests. My full marks to Bhal Singh. He is affectionate, loyal, sensitive and spontaneous. It is gratifying to note that the flooring has been changed - earlier it was wooden, now it is marble tiles. Looks more picturesque. The new lights effects were appealing. I really liked the shadow lighting technique that splashes psychedelic designs on the walls especially during the dinner period.I am deeply indebted to the tastes makers - Chef Robin Negi and Chef Balwant they served lipsmackingly tasty Indian food in no time, as I was in a hurry and wanted to have a quick dinner. They were very flexible too. Chef Robin served Pumpkin Soup to me as per my request. With an amazing twist-, Green Chilly Paste and Cumin Seeds did the trick. Refreshing Soup, followed by Kebabs and Main Course. Memorable, simple dinner.I sampled everything in micro portions. That said, live music was simply superb. My appreciation to Singer Dilbar Hussain and Tabla Player Vivek Rao, as they created special moments for all the guests. Mellifluous music...it was very difficult while leaving. I liked the Gawwali and Ghazal numbers belted out by Dilbar Hussain. May Allah bless him in abundance. I am so pleased and delighted.Restaurant Manager Varun Ganda (well behaved with calm and clarity) and Service Executive Ajay (nurturing caretaker) were literally on their toes serving the guests by offering their full attention.I liked the way two Lambretta Scooters displayed near the entrance. Remember: these are Scooters of the 1970βs.This eatery entices the guests with its flavours. Superlative taste. Vibrant decor. Excellent staff with inherent warmth. Yet another unforgettable gourmet experience. I was so fascinated by their incredible and inimitable guest connect. Effortless and with consummate ease.Absolutely fabulous experience. The guest in me was on a high. Signed off peacefully.
Well appointed restaurant serving authentic Indian food. We opted for a set menu and the food was extra ordinary; the Kababs kept coming and really loved the Dahi Kabab, the Biryani was great too along with a basket of roties. Adding to the ambience was the live music which was very soothing indeed. The best part was their signature desert - the Capsicum based halwa - the dance of capsicum flavor, mild cardamom and sugars really made the day.Fantastic service with apt attention - well done folks.

With classic interiors and a splendid ambience, Saffron brings to table a wide array of delicacies that will take you on a culinary delight.Saffron is mostly known for its scrumptious North Indian dishes. If you wish to try the mouth-watering regional specialities, there are great kebabs, curries and biryani. Saffron has set the standards of an impeccable service and quality dining which will remain fresh in your memories after your dining experience.
Amazing experience. The staff truly made me miss Jaipur by the time my short stay of 3 days was done with. Need to specifically call out the service extended by Tapan and Shristi representing Saffron restaurant. Saffron Restaurant in Marriott is one of the best places in Jaipur to eat. The ambience is apt, staff is supremely hospitable and the food is absolutely fantastic. Kamlesh from the hospitality team took great care of us
Tasty food. Excellent spread. Special mention for Kamleshs service.
Very badly trained staff. Order mojito. The serve VIRGIN MOJITO, in BILL ITS WRITTEN VIRGIN SANGRIA. Not a 5 star service. We spend money to get service. If service is not there no need to Pay. Better go to road side food stall.
I honestly dont understand the other reviewers. The food was solid (Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan), portion size was reasonable, price was totally fine, and the service was terrific. Even at medium spicy, the Masala wasnt overpowering (maybe get the mild if youre not the spice fan I am).
Worst service, the manager was fighting and they took 1 hour 15 minutes to serve us the main course. Pathetic.
Our dining experience was amazing, everyone gave us 1st class service so would highly recommend, would definitely return.
Good food, good ambience. Service can be improved.
Nice restaurant with good taste. food was yummy and very curteous staff.
On my last visit to Jaipur we decided to dine at this Indian restaurant at Marriott. Saffron is a nicely done up place which has a rustic ambiance and a little too dark as per my personal taste. The Live singing is a highlight and makes the atmosphere more lively and great. Service is great and you can also order specialty cocktails from the Rivayat2Menu.They have a PDR for a large group wants to dine together. We were suggested by the Chef to try their Lost Recipe promotional menu called Rivayat and we went ahead with same. The selection of kebabs both veg and non veg was nice. We tried the Lal Kot ke Dahi Kebab, Mutton Raan and Veg seekh kebab which was nice. Tawa Meen Chettinad and the Tandoori Chicken was amazing and had a unique taste to it.For the mains we tried the Stuffed Laute Palaute which is a nice vegetarian dish made of besan Roti which is stuffed with dry fruits and veggies in a spicy curry. The Mutton nihari was also nice with the khameeri Roti.Though their are many other dishes both in Veg as well as non veg like the Choke ki Dal and the Sula ka Murg but for me the nihari was the highlight, though it wasnt as perfect as it should be still it had almost all the flavors in it.The restaurant was bustling with people from the hotel as well as outside. SAFFRON is quite a popular place for locals as it serves one of the best Indian cuisines in town.
Not a nice place if youre looking to have good indian veg food
Perfect place for family dinners!Saffron is a fine dine restaurant located in the basement of Jaipur Marriott unlike the okra they serve only a la carte .The ambience was amazing with usage of beautiful lamps to lit their interiors. We were there to try their main course and we had their Paneer Saffron (quite different from the other paneer gravy Ive had in Jaipur), Dal Saffron (was really creamy and thick in consistency ) and they go best with their missi roti. Thanks to Mr. Ranjit fir their amazing service.
Its too good highly professional with utmost good service
Located in the Minus one level of the Jaipur Marriott, this is a fine dine restaurant located in the premises of Marriott Jaipur just by the side of their Swimming Pool thus giving an amazing view during the evening. The interiors here are a little dim lighted with mainly dominated by yellow lights and with small lamps all around this place. We served by Abhishek, Ajay and Ranjit who helped us out with the menu and brief us out with what they are serving.Five stars in ambience and Service and lets move forward to their food :β© In Starters we tried their :β Kalmi Kebab : Marinated chicken thigh kebabs cooked in Tandoor.β Barrah Kebab : Overnight marinated lamb chops cooked in Tandoor.β© In main course we had :β Saffron Dal : Had an amazing creamy flavor but the consistency was a little too thick.β Lal Mans : Flavor of clove dominated the Gravy.β Try their gravys with their Khameeri and Missi Rotiβ© Dessert :Tried their Gulkand ice cream and just loved itOverall Experience was amazing and would love to visit this place again.

Nice traditional Indian food - mainly kebabs and biryanis but very well executed. There is one veg option and one non veg option, and you get a much as you can eat from a broad selection of dishes, i.e. a buffet but you are served all the dishes at your table instead of choosing from a spread. A lot of great food at a reasonable price. Excellent service but sometimes too intrusive, e.g. several different waiters asking whether we like the same dish three or four times. Plain room in terms of ambience.
Well 1 of the greatest kitchens I have ever seen these here care much abt u they train u in such a way that ur going to b the guy even u dont know I have trained in that kitchen & they gave me such a gud xperence I have learnt how should a chef b in a kitchen & many recepies there like Lal mass & starters etc... Marriot comes with its own Luxury . This is a must visit restaurant β the food is outstanding and the service super ! They had three kinds of chutneys β Pineapple, papaya and hung curd β never had these before !. Everything was good β the food , the ambiance ,the decor . Could not give an excellent because service was a bit slow . The kebabs were juicy and full of flavour, the Tandoori was probably the most delicious one I have ever had, the vegetable biryani was spiced at the right leve
