Beautiful palace hotel, beautiful clean rooms with king like stay, with bath tub and swimming pool, furnitures with antique look.. Every thing looked nice except food. Food was so costly but not at all tasty. If it was tasty then price of food would not be a problem.. But its a place for a nice happy stay.

It is located in very crowded place and not less then slum. Locality . There is a smell in the entire place. You cant even eat food brought from outside because of that smell. You need to use bucket in Bathtub because they dont have cap for bathtub. Forget about eating anything you cant even drink a cup of tea because cutlery doesnt not look Washed since king left the palace to become haunted hotel. At night its dark everywhere. Even locals who have shop in 100mtr does not know that this place exist. Then they charge a money in which you can get standard room. In 5.star hotel Very easily. Dont even go close to this place.

The oldest Heritage property in Jaipur. This hotel is situated near Chandpol and in very old and interior area of Jaipur. This hotel caters majorly Foreign Tourists only and not having experience of Domestic clients taste and wishlist, due to this domestic tourism claims lot of problems and issues. This property is huge in terms of landscape so required lighting in night to kill dark experience post evening. Property is having lots of historical things kept and preserved in as it is format. Highly recommended place for Writers, poets, actors, spiritual people. Also people looking for pre-wedding shoot or small movies to shoot can visit this place. Food is awesome in terms of taste and service is also good, special mention for Mr Pawan. Surrounding is little poor, pathetic and crowdy which actually kills the aura and made this place poor. Royal chamber is highly recommended to stay, just need to remove fountain from inside the room. Bathrooms need more beautification, landline is not working, Jio Mobile network is not working inside. But for modern taste to feed, hotel is having 5 Feet depth Pool, Punching Bag, Skipping rope, Snooker Table, Music Room, Sigdi for winters night. Overall good place. I suggest to hire a good Hotel Consultant to work closely for betterment and improvement. 51 Rooms hotel must be having good business. CHEERS 🥂

The Place has a charm of an heritage palace. The staff are super friendly. The food is lipsmacking and tastes better when you are eating it in a mini sheesh mahal. I would recommend this place if you have a car to visit jaipur as the surrounding area is not great (but it is a gated and guarded facility with ample space). Our visit was peaceful and rejuvenating because of the property.

The palace itself is quite beautiful and had a very melancholic feel of a bygone era. The food was nice and one of the better buffet breakfasts weve had. The area inside the gates was its own quiet community you can relax in. However the location is a very busy and intense area so walking isnt really a good option.

Accommodation is okay - the rooms are not that spacious for two people but the room was relatively clean and basic in terms of amenities. The room decor is interesting - different, busy and colourful. The reception was not that helpful but there is space to relax outside and wifi is better in some areas of the premises. You pay what you get for and a stay here is worth the price. I would not recommend the restaurant here as the service was bad and overall not enjoyable, food is a bit pricey too considering.

This palace built in the 19th century during the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jagat Singh. The structure originally served as a palace of the nobleman Rawal Raja Raghubir Singhji. The Shekhawati estate was home to the rawals of Bissau. The palace was converted to a hotel in 1965. Now a heritage hotel.

Its a beautiful old place, which has clearly seen better days. The wall art, curios in living areas, books in the dining area are all representative of a beautiful past, however the upkeep of the place leaves a little to be desired for, the rooms need health faucets, towel rods, etc. at the minimum to make them usable and a thorough cleaning job,Recent poorly implemented paint jobs have run over the frescoes, the tiles are damaged at places, the electrical fittings have cables running all over the place, the old CRT TVs need to be upgraded, the old doors with chain bolts have signs of 3-4 other bolts having been used, while being all for retaining the heritage feel of the place, it begs a professional effort at restoration. And while we are at it, the driveway should also be upgraded. That said, the positives are a beautiful living and dining area in the Sheesh Mahal, the art, Stuffed animals and medieval weapons collection in the living room are worthy of being in a museum. The staff has been in this place for decades and have a nice avuncular feel, the rooms are large and can be very comfortable if given the chance.

What a beautiful place to stay the night. The building and ground have been kept in good quality. Locks to the room in that go into the courtyard have a pad lock (which means you can lock someone in them and its hard to get out quickly in case of emergency). The breakfast buffet my group was served was excellent and worth the money. Staff were friendly at the front, in the dining, and at the bar. Great location too. No concerns here.

The cleanliness and housekeeping standards are, unfortunately, extremely poor. All crockery and cutlery were filthy and the bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas were all very disappointing.

This is one of the best economical Heritage hotel in Jaipur. If you want to stay in palace at reasonable price ,then this is the place for you. Out of my 3 day stay in Jaipur I kept 1 day stay in this hotel just to experience the Rich heritage of Jaipur and what a good decision it was. As its heritage hotel the Amenities are little limited in the room, so 1 day stay was good for me.We booked the entry level room but since it was season time, and when we reached the room was not ready so they upgraded us to the deluxe room :) ....The front office , attendant , Hotel manager everyone are so polite and make sure the guest are taken well care of. The food is just awesome.. There is some much to see and learn about the hotel as it has a very rich history. Basically it was a palace for Raja of Bissau when he visited Jaipur and then converted to Hotel. Each Room is different from other and has it own history. The location is not that great as the market around is not very clean but it is close to some of the sight seeing places like city palace, hawa mahal , jantar mantar etc.Overall it was a great and all together a diff experience.

Although it is not the most exceptional place of luxury in Jaipur, it is authentic and each room is its own piece of history. The pool may be small and the eating area darkly lit - the staff is welcoming and the walls are covered in artifacts. If you are looking for a more affordable place to stay with excellent history and ambiance. Highly recommend for the adventurous and art lovers

Hotel is an old haweli converted into a hotel.first things first, reaching hotel is a tough task. It is a battle to reach the hotel as it is situated in very crowded area.Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not upto date, even the basic amenities like lighting, TV and water taps are not working properly.I was here with my family for 2 days and my family had all sorts of complaints with the hotel, like tap not working, TV not working, lite not turning on, etc, etc.

The building itself is beautiful, and it’s quite a calm oasis off the busy street. Unfortunately, the time we visited it was very cold, there was no heating in the rooms and they were very drafty so it was freezing at night. There was very limited hot water and no way of obtaining drinking water. The room was not serviced on the second day of the stay, had I been provided more than one towel that would have been ok, but I was not. Very limited power sockets in the room and the room was quite basic and in need of repair, missed some of the essentials like a rubbish bin. Breakfast menu wasn’t very good value for money and despite advising time and time again we needed to be served at specific time to make our connections they did not deliver to that time. Staff seemed pretty miserable and rude, when I had a guest come too visit, refused to let them into room, only the bar. They said this was hotel policy but we were never informed of this and there was no sign as such.

Due to cancelled and late running trains from Agra we didnt arrive until 3am, but they still took us in and provided a room for us to sleep in. Very helpful and professional staff, and a very authentic ambience to the palace is still maintained. Only challenge is for taxi/tuk tuk drivers to find the entrance, but so worth it for the experience in the heart of the city of staying in an original family owned palace.

Beautiful hotel, not like anything Ive stayed in before. Staff were very friendly. They do have groups staying here from time to time which make it a little noisy, but the way the rooms are located and spread around it diminishes this. A very qalkable distance to walk to most of towns attractions, or a quick tuk tuk.

Wow! What a couple of million could do to upgrade this formerly luxe property. Antiques alone worth thousands. Some refurbishment under way but broken storefronts dont look good. Pool wonderful, kitchen OK but menus torn. Tip: eat on the patio. Staff experienced, older, helpful. Rooms (mine was 231) so-so. Bed comfy. Water heater worked. Good location in rapidly deteriorating neighborhood, close to pink city and City Palace. Music all day from someone outside the gate ... retreat to the pool.
