To reach this temple located on the peak, 1 thousand steps have to be climbed. To reach this high altitude religious place, one can go by public transport on the mountainous route. If you love bike or car, then there is no better chance and experience. 21 feet high statue of Lord Mahavir is installed here. Every year in the month of May, an annual festival is organized here. You can visit the temple between 8 am and 6 pm.

The photography is not allowed within the temple premises. The temple is vast, very grand and magnificent. So much clean. Full of peace. The staircase way view is amazing . Youll enjoy the trip. It has around 1020 stairs to climb. Enjoy. And yes, theres road way a well where either you can take your private vehicle or through the trusts bus service or the bus services provided by local bus drivers at very cheap rates. I will suggest, go early in the morning by bus and come back through the staircase way.

It was just like find and hit the destination type journey for me. When I got to know about this temple and Chulgiri, I just caught the low floor bus and reached here. After some experience of trekking, I must say it was totally worth to visit this hill. Its not only about the beautiful Jain temple but also the mesmerizing view of Jaipur entrance from Agra highway. All the Aravali hills, forests and the Ghat ki Guni tunnel were showing their beauties at ultimate level in monsoon. Jain temple is also very beautiful. There is a small cave in the temple which feels very calming. Definitely going to visit it again!

Not really much of a religious person, yet, the temple ais really good. Plus if you are an adventurer, the sight from early morning would be worth your time. As for me, i went early in the morning, 430am, just to trek and see the sunrise. It offers, a staircase and a motorway. Now its up to you, what youd prefer.

A place for worship of god on top of mountains. It is a jain temple which is situated at very beautiful surrounding and nature. A awesome view seened from top. The way it is maintained is appreciable. One time visit this place and lot of peace is there to relax and worshipping.

Awesome peaceful temple, only thing which I didnt like is that photography is not allowed, rest all is good, two ways to go to to hill temple, 1) use 1008 stairs or 2) by road. After 8pm entry is not allowed in the area (As per the notice on the roadside entry gate.)

The climb up to the temple is tiring but the views of the surrounding forests from the top is worth the effort. Especially in rains when the trees turn completely green the views are breathtaking. Amazing

The Chulgiri Jain temple is a Digambara shrine and its far a popular sanctum place in Jainism. In the year 1953 the Jain Hierophant Shri Desh Bhushan marriage had come to this vicinity and he observed it very delicious and peaceful as mortification point of view, so he select this location for his mortification and afterward he determined to construct a Jain shrine over here and the Chulgiri name turned into given by Shri Desh Bhushan Maharaj to this location.Initially there were three top notch sculptures was propounded in 1966, thats made of white stone. These three statutes are of 3 most popular Tirthankars. The Parshavnath statue is 7 toes high and the Mahaveer Swami sculpture is approx 3.5 toes. Later on the 24 Thirthankar’s statues were additionally mounted and a small water tank become additionally made to collect rain water for worship and consecration of god.

I think the right name is Chulgiri Jain Temples. There is a mistake here. A religious place for Jains. The temple is situated on the top of a hill in the Aravallis. The way up is beautiful. There are over a thousand stairs and one can choose to either use those stairs or a transportation. The way is beautiful for cycling. Especially the view during the sunrise in mesmerizing. Its a good place for picnics and stuff. The temple itself is an amazing piece of work. The entrance is through a gateway and the view is awesome.
