Very nice company. Well communicating stuff. Specially Rahul and Girraj . Delivered the project in time. Much recommend this company

I have been working with BR Softech since April 2019. As far as I can tell from my personal experience. The work culture is magnificent. Seniors are always in a supportive spirit and seem eager to address all my concerns. I am grateful to be part of the BR Softech’s team

I collaborated with BR Softech for my On-Demand Courier Service App, their developer team is so well versed that they handle all of my queries very effectively.

I have experienced a great time in BR Softech. (Ignoring last few days, There were some misunderstandings, sorted now )Nitin sir we all wants to see you shining like a stars.Just a kind suggestion, Emplyees are after you. Listen to their problems. You are only hope for company employees.Good luck, and Hope BR become the top company in jaipur.

BR Softech is best company. Good place to work. Excellent work environment.

Personalised services from dedicated and skilled developers made me come back to them for the restaurant app development services. I will collaborate with this firm in the future also.

These guys are frauds. They will commit to a schedule and wont stick to it.Even after many follow ups they finally gave a totally dysfunctional application. Incompetent technical team is a bonus you get by hiring them . I feel bad for the people who hired them. Please dont go by the 5 stars you guys are seeing. I have been through all that and fell in this trap. We had to incur a big loss because of these frauds.

Very bad public feedback about the company and its owner.Fraud & cheat for client prospective.Company not an employee friendly.Pathetic project delivery.

Nice web development company

Bad experience. No accountability for delays and the quality of build is pathetic. The CEO and staff do not respond for resolving issues. They are only eager to charge money before completing the milestones. Delays are for more than 6 months than the committed date.

Worst company everwhat should i say about this company. i have done an intern in app development from this company and they taught me nothing. No practical sessions only theoretical. They took around 12k from my side as a intern fee and seriously that was not wroth at all. Say A very big NO to this company.

Bad working experience

Working on my website project till its completion, Nitin has showed me his excellency for being a professional web applications provider as well as being an excellent communicator. I would recommend him without no hesitation.

Bad working experience

B.R.Softech Pvt.Ltd is really a reliable and cost effective service provider company in Jaipur, When i visited first time here, i found a very nice environment of working. really the services provided by then are excellent.

Have a supporting team. Ready for short out our problems.

Glad to work with br softech. They provide effective and high quality service. especially for mobile app development. The company environment is amazing. I would wish to recommend this company to everyone.

I am working with BR Softech last 3 months, I work with professional and highly skilled PHP seniors. Our Team Leader is very helpful and highly experienced and I was sharp my skills better in this company.

@Manish Kumar : Its really sad to see that how people judge and spoil the image of the reputed companies. I am really in shock while seeing the behaviour of yours and the hatred of this level.First and Foremost thing after one year you are blaming the company can I ask you why so? now why you want to create the conflict when you have mentioned that settlement has been done whatever you asked company has provided you and everything is settled now and after one year when things are sorted out at the best level and after an year you are blaming the company. Now second thing let me tell you here, people are working since eight years and without complaining if the directors behaviour is that much worst then why they are working here. I am also an employee of this company and can proudly say yes, I work here and our director treats their employ as a family and we are family.I want to bring in the notice that how can he judge the person only in a month? we all employees have a great bonding with our director ( Mr. Nitin) and the atmosphere we get here its really appreciable as he listens us and give the solution of every problem. its really wrong to blame someone like this he has sattled the matter may be you are right on your behalf and some issues may have taken place but you have mentioned everything is settled. So i dont think now there is any point to take this issue out and want to advise you our director is handling the teams and many people work here since years and his behaviour and patience is appreciable so please know him more in terms of positivity, I am sure you have a misunderstanding instead of being rude and spoiling the image of company you can visit to the office and sort your issues and I dont think director has told you that i am folding the hands and all I dont know about it but if he has told you so he respects the company and asking you to sort out the matter what else he can ask, I think you should keep the courtesy and come to office and if you will not put efforts to sort out the negativity so no one help you out instead of making thing publicly please let give company a chance !I want to state that I found a family here and Mr Nitin has given me a chance to explore my talent. I got a friendly and best environment here. Director is always ready to listen us. Hr department and director are always ready to sort out the issues.Mr. Manish, I am not saying you are wrong but some negativity and misunderstandings has taken place so please give a chance to sorted out and Mr Nitin has defiantly called for this only instead of taking him wrong let us know more !In BR Softech you will get a family not an employees! Thanks

A good company. All issues dealt with promptly, very pleased with their service.

Worked at BRSoftech as iOS Developer for one year from 2013.Really great place to work at, supportive team and plenty of growth opportunities…

Bad working experience

SOUR GRAPES wanted to dedicate those Ex-employee of the brsoftech who criticize BR Because they wanted to work with the organisation but they dont have enough potential, courage to face new challenges, confidence which is necessary to work here. Now, they will poke that brsoftech force their employee to write the comment , So i wanted to clear the thing first that I left brsoftech before approx 3 months and now i am not an employee over here. But I want to write what is it actually. In Jaipur all the other software companies are desperate to hire the employees of brsoftech because they know very well what is they hiring. they will hire an employee along with great confidence ,well demure, a best quality of work. and lots of other things based on the department. The CEO of the company is a one man Army, all the employee respect him and wanted to be like him in the professional. he is running a huge organisation with great culture and friendly behavior. They always pay salary to their employees. They have a great thread of clients, on time delivery , and a justified work. they keep trying to do new experiment and always adapt new skills and technology. If you are really looking to boost your carrier and wanted to add a brand name with your profile you have to join the brsoftech. They are able to do all the projects no matter how difficult the project is....

1. worst IT work environment2. not getting salary on time3. Director is very cheap & liar person4. few employees are sycophant of director***story (2017, June to August)***Once my health was not too good, I inform to my senior & HR and leave the office. In the evening I got a mail regarding lay-off from service. I said ok and accept this notice. And ask to him clear for last month salary and final settlement then he denied and gave me reason you didnt finished your work today so I cant give you. I call to director many times but not pick my phone. Then I call to him another number then he pick and clear told me Ill not give you and do what you have to do rudely. After that I complained to DCP of South Jaipur then he forward my written application to nearest police station(i.e. Shipra Path) and I got call from PS and I shared this incident to police inspector(Geeta Choudhary) after that she visited BR Softech office along with me and talk to him on this matter. Initially, director(Mr. Nitin) told to her, Ive loss of INR 10.00 lakh due to only me and client has been moved, then I told to him please show me mail thread, If youre true then Ill never ask for settlement. He didnt show because hewas lying. After some conversation he agreed for my sattlement. Thanks to Jaipur DCP (South) and police inspector(Geeta Choudhary) mam.--------------------------------------------------continue...I got multiple calls from BR Softechs HR and director(Mr. Nitin) on May 26, 2018. That call details pic is attached below. Initially HR asked to delete the feedback but I didnt agree and clearly told her that I went through this and I would share with others. After some minutes director(Mr. Nitin) took the phone from HR and he request me to delete that feedback, but again I didnt agree. Then, Nitin asked me how much money I would take to delete that feedback(completely cheap mentality of this person who is a director of a company).Following statements were made by Mr. Nitin on phone :-> He tried to bribe me by asking-> How much amount you want to take for delete that feedback.-> I didnt budge and then he started some cheap drama like-> Ill send you a pic of me begging to you with folded hands-> My reputation is in your hands, youre equivalent to my father/grand-father etc, please detele the feedback...

Br Softech is best company with great working environment.

Good company but salary time is big issue there

One of the worst IT company for make your career end. There is no work environment i never seen a company before like that there is no job security, not salary security, it is not a company it is Factory. Team leader attitude is always worst, cheap metality, lasty he think he is the role model of team member even he doesnot have any skills. There is 10hr working.I suggest you all never join this company they only become fool the employee.Guys the most important think is that all the review on this website is done by the company and its employye by itself so donot make fool. No any review of their client.

Worst ¿company? I have ever work with. All reviews come from the workers and friends of the owner: Niti. They never complete the work. They told us it was really easy to do, and ask us for a first payment. Just in case we signed a contract were if they are not capable of doing the work they should give us the money back. They agree with this term. And told us that they have never cancelled a project, all their projects were done...First week: they didnt do nothing, the reason was that 1 of the 7 ¿engineers? doing the project had family problems. A bit strange but we were still calm.Second week: they told us to explain them the same things we explain to them just before deciding which company to do the project. ¿Didnt they listen to us at first?Third week: they were doing the project but told us it was almost imposible. ¿So why did they accept to do it and told us it was easy?Fourth and fifth week: we asked for our money back, they tell us that they were going to call us. They didnt call us. Still waiting for our money back...There is even a facebook page with more than 3000 likes complaining about them.
