The Staff Is Sometimes Co-operative And Sometimes Not. They Usually Takes 10-12 Days For The Claim Process. But When I Given My recent File Its been 30days and no claim received yet.

THIRD CLASS EMPLOYEESSS NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONSE...AND ITS TIE UP WITH UNITED ...M IN HYDERABAD AND LOGGINED MY CLAIM FILE YESTERDAY BUT THE AGENT TALKING ROUDLY ELSE STAFF OF INSURANCE IN LV PRASAD THEY ARE MORE GOOD THEY ARE COPERATING...MY OPERATION IS HELD TO BE AT11 am but coz of there pendency and not gibing proper responses me suffering alot...at time of collection of premium the reaches us 3 dats earlier but when question cimes of claim they shake there hands and not attending callsss from client.....

Worst Staff I gave the documents 2 weeks back not uploaded in the online portal till now , they just dont understand the value of time
