I had the most flabbergasted experience on this property, in Jaipur. Starting from building made in New York style, astonishing. we were assisted by Devendra sain, he is a gentleman, a lovely person.The room was spotless, and the view from the window just make an escape from the regular day, you get the same view from the dining area, I must say its a beautiful location. And lastly, the food was fresh and appetizing.

The hotel is well kept.. staff is polite n courteous..attended a workshop here so dont know about the rooms but food was excellent and they were much on time to serve snacks food etc. The AC kept going off few times in the banquet hall but that may be due to electricity..other than that a really good hotel- clean, updated, comfortable dine in space with excellent staff.

Amazing and budget friendly place to stay in when in Jaipur! Pretty rooms and a really nice property! Have rooms with bathtub as well! Amazing spa experience inside! Food options are a little less and its a lil overpriced!

Excellent stay with great staff.i stayed here with family just a night but it was my best memory ever. Restaurant and Bar are just amezing with nice collection of drinks. Staff are very humble speciely mr.Ram he treats us very well. Thanks to everyone for wonderful evening.

This is a burst class hotel of OYO. Its worth not more then 700/-Pictures are fake as there are no clean rooms.Washroom and bedsheets are dirty. Local water bottols upto 5X higher price.Food is very expensive and tasteless.Service boys dont know how to talk to guests.They force their guests for fake 5 star ratings.*In this budget you can book a nice branded hotel like ginger, holiday-inn etc. nearby*

Best oyo hotel in jaipur in the centre of city

Excellent customer service and staff was really well organized with their duties.If you are planning to stay then do include breakfast and dinner as the food was delicious.Extra credits for JETHU (this person in charge there provided us a comfortable stay at a reasonable price).

One of my best hotel stay experiences. At such a low price, I got no less than a 5-star experience. The room was super clean, had many amenities and the staff was very welcoming. I would give them 11 on 10 on hospitality and guest care. Although the terrace swimming pool, gym and bar was closed, I recommend it to everyone! Hope to check-in again on my next visit to Jaipur.

The Hotel Housekeeping staff does not know the meaning of Privacy. After knocking the door twice we responded but somehow the staff member didnt heard it and instead using the Master Key he unlocked the Door without seeking any permission from us. That was truly unacceptable.And after we told that about the incident they told us that it is a part of A 5 Star Hotel Rules. I mean seriously indulging into someones privacy without any permission allows them to do that.The staff members need to learn basic principles of Privacy.

Highly irresponsible staff. They have good rooms to offer you but not service. They don’t even take any remedial action after being irresponsible. I was so unfortunate to stay at this hotel, hope you do not end up here.

Great place to stay for few days in Jaipur, well maintained and clean. Receptionist Mr. Jethu ji was very polite and accommodative, heeded to my request to provide me a room with great view, which indeed it was. Witnessed sunrise in the morning with a view of city landscape. Would definitely stay here again if I come to Jaipur. PS: include the breakfast while booking, it would be cheaper to do so.

The place is nice if you are looking at a not too expensive good quality hotel. Staff is very flexible and polite. The place has a positive vibe. Mr Deepak Mathur ( Property Manager) is supportive and always available for all kinds of help and queries. Unfortunately the terrace deck and pool wasnt open due to covid guidelines. Location wise also it is situated in the heart of Jaipur. Good experience staying here !

I am really glad that i choose this property for a family stay in Jaipur last week.It was no less than a luxurious stay in a 5 star property, but offcourse in a pocket friendly price. We booked 6 rooms for a family of 12 adults and 5 kids and since their rooms are excessively spacious, didnot have any challenges accommodating everyone.Once again kudos to Rahul and Vikrant, whom i met at the front desk, for taking care of us such nicely.- one feedback, you can have a few dishes added as snacks in your dinner menu.It just helps people to spread their meals.Rest, amazing breakfast, amazing food overall!- another added advantage, this property is next to accessible restaurants,.. for late night cravings. McDonalds is right opposite to the hotel

This was our first visit to jaipur and this is the first hotel we booked for our three day trip. We booked it in a hurry and wasnt very sure how the experience will be but the hospitality of the people right from the doorman to the receptionist took us by surprise. We asked for a nice room as it was our anniversary and they upgraded our room at once. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had lot of variety and also tasted good. Bathroom was pretty spacious . Its mainly a business hotel and is at a very prime location. Its also connected to a shopping mall. So you can directly go into a mall from your hotel. Overall a very nice experience.

Room is pretty good. One who enjoy living in a big efficient room should choose this place.Bathroom has a bath tub and shower area seperate which to me sounds perfect.Room comes with a hair dryer and a iron (for clothes).But food sucks here.may be its special for quarantine but whatever its Tasteless . .

Good relaxing break! The best part of this hotel was Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for city centre and local transport. This is tidy, friendly hotel that gives good value for money. We stayed 4 nights here, there was not a single issue through out. It is a middle of the pack establishment that is well run, clean and comfortable. I really liked the way the front staff welcomes you each and every time you walk in. They provide all the required info. I would like to appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, that the staff does on the daily basis. Mainly some staff members like Mr. Jethu, Mr. Raj, Ms. Meghal and Divya these people are awesome in dealing and hosting. I cant forget the surprise cake party they provided to us as a newly married couple. The food they serve is simply awesome, you will never feel eating out as they give the best taste experience in your room itself. 👍🏻Highly recommended. 10/10 ⭐️

This hotel is like an oasis in desert. i loved every bit about this hotel and specially for its price. in entire jaipur you cannot find such a beautiful hotel for this price. i have lived in almost all hotels of jaipur. the amenities, decoration, rooms, restaurant, breakfast spread and everything can easily compared with a five star hotel. i loved this swimming pool and gymnasium area. there is lot of open areas on every floor and has beautiful sitting arrangement. it is very beautifully decorated and very neat and clean hotel. the breakfast spread and the restaurant was the icing on the cake. i love it completely and wholeheartedly.

Earlier run by ITC group under the name of Fortune, now Oyo has taken over the property and it is their first 5star product, they are really looking to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay at this perfectly located hotel in Jaipur, the 5th floor or the club floor is the best place to stay with elegant rooms, a open space to sit in front of ur rooms, u can look into the mall and enjoy to fullest. Roof top swimming pool with a perfect view of the city.

Stayed for 7 days. Great breakfast, very clean and large rooms Well maintained. The hotel is at the end of a small shopping arcade so access to amenities as well. Lovely view from the ropf top swimming pool. Gym available as well. Good value for money.A special thanks to Babalu for keeping the rooms clean for me every day. Always immaculately done.Friendly staff as well. Also want to mention that the location meant it provided very easy access to all parts of Jaipur even in the rush hour. Hence great location.

Awesome place to be with family and friends

The property is well connected and near to government offices, stadium, railway station, malls and city. high end property with all basic amenities although rooms are little small in size rest everything is nice, especially the staff behaviour, everyone was welcoming their guests. would recommend the property for all types of guests.

I stayed there for 4 days with family. staffs are very good and supportive. breakfast was awesome. some improvement required on housekeeping. overall very good hotel and i will recommend for it.

Was here for a badminton tournament. they maintain very high quality of hygiene and the breakfast spread and the a-la-carte is amazing. mr. gaurav is a fabulous chef, enjoyed there. to the core the staff were amazing and very courteous, kiddos to mr. negi, mr. ayush and mr. diwakar, had a memorable time with you and your team.

Honestly speaking stay at hotel was great but only hiccup was that hotel charges on packaged bottles was 5-6 times above mrp which is not acceptable from any point. mrp itself means maximum retail price and how can you charge your customers above mrp. it is clearly violation of consumer policy. since hotel was good, i chose not to complain so far but i think it needs to be reported to consumer forum.

My stay was comfortable. check-in and check-out was done in less than 2 minutes. room was spacious, decor was soothing. staffs are well groomed and helpful.

Had stayed at this hotel earlier as fortune hotel. most of the staff is retained, thus quality has not diminished. the location is very good. property is getting old thus the signs of old weary carpets in the gallery is little annoying. the rooms are well maintained. overall, i am quite positive.

Excellent hotel

This review was for Fortune Select Metropolitan now OYO has taken over it.Hotel was good and the room was also nice and clean. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast was also good.But the washroom was very small and not upto five star hotel mark, every time a person takes a shower water spills all over the washroom making it full wet.

It was a very pleasant stay. we loved d stay. spacious rooms & staff hospitality was outstanding.
