We had an amazing stay here! The beds are comfy the area is clean and the location is Nice with either a short tuktuk Ride or a medium long walk to pink city! The staff is so helpful and absolutely amazing, we were trying to book a train to Agra and a member off staff spent literally 1,5 hour trying to help us book it! We tried everything and he let us use his account on several bus / train sites! I don’t know many hostels that would do this and it absolutely goes a long way knowing that there is a reliable and helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again! THANK YOU

Housetel is close to Albert Hall Museum and Birla Temple, but the pink city (Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace) and the forts will be a little distance away. So if youre looking for something in the center, this might not be it, but the hostel is in a really nice locality. The interiors are very vibrant with cool graffiti on the walls. They have a really good collection of books to read in the common area. They also sell handmade journals and cards. The female dorm is an 8-sharing with 2 washrooms and 1 bathroom attached. The bed and the washrooms were really clean. It feels really safe for female travellers, and you might meet other interesting solo travellers there. Very affordable too. Highly recommended!

Very rare to find a hostel with such a good food in inhouse cafe step out. They serve gluten free also. Very near by to literature fest at diggy palace. Very near to mi road in jaipur. Tried yoga classes at this place during my stay. It was good place near by central park which is the most beautiful park near this place. Best part of this place is its restaurant which has beautiful inerior and exterior. Toilets were clean and floors also were too clean. My one of the best stay in hostel in india. Great location and one of the best part was food and clean toilets. They have 24 hour cleaning staff which is very rare in all the hostels i stayed. Great hospitality and great vibe in this yellow decor. Staff is super supportive and helping you. One suggestion for them to increase the rates as amenities are too good here for this rate. This place is honestly one of the safest hostels Ive stayed at in Jaipur. The staff is super friendly, and theyll go out of their way to help you with anything. The rooms are super cheap, the food is amazing, and they have a cute little common area where peacocks come and hang sometimes. I painted a peacock for them in that space. Would 100% recommend

The hotel is very good, their rooms & services were fab as well & even their food was great too. The only drawback was that the washrooms here were very small otherwise everything else was great over here.

I decided to give them just 2 stars because they told me to check out because everything was booked online.They informed me in the same morning that I need to leave instead of checking with me if I want to stay.The people are kind, and also the place is clean and organized.The food is delicious but expensive and not big enough.

Its a pretty good backpacker hostel, with a beautiful cafe which is open till 1 a.m. The location is also ideal to go to nearby places.

The new staff is pathetic. Have previously stated here 4-5 times but will never again step foot in the cafe/hostel because of the new good for nothing staff members. Will request everyone to be careful with your bookings, and please think again if you see the fat, almost bald guy (has no other identification) behind the reception counter.

Location was good, ambience and interior was excellent but washroom was common for all and very small Only 2 washroom and 1 bathroom available. Food was overpriced. For just 1 cup tea and omlet they charge 150rs. Location was good and because of that I extended my booking for 3 more days but on 23rd dec 19 when I came from office hotel staff told me that due to some issue in goibibo app a group of 12 foreigners has booked hostel so they will not able to extend my stay. You should get connected with goibibo for this issue. I told them its not my issue as I had already paid full amount of this booking and why should I leave. Story changed when, hotel owner asked me to checkout as I am having snoring issue and other guests are getting disturb because of that. I told them that this is inhuman and unprofessional that such issue can be with anyone and if anyone is complaining than hotel staff should guide to other Traveller that you have booked room in sharing with 10 people and this can be happen to any other guest also but except that hotel staff requested to checkout. I had word with goibibo customer care but even though owner was not extending my stay and offer to refund remaining amount. I requested them that its to late and I will not be able to find any hotel near by. So they agreed for 1 more night stay. After this incident, I requested hotel staff that if other Travellers are getting disturb because of me than I will manage to sleep in your restaurant wherein cusion couch was placed but they denied that also and requested to complete a night in open area wherein a bed was installed for their staff overnight stay. It was really pathetic and such sort of service and attitude will lead to shut this cafe cum hostel very soon. Goibibo refunded amount as discussed.

The staffs & receptionist were very helpful but I would like to mention sanitary condition was not good. Though we faced no issue regarding anything be it its location or its room but the washroom condition was something which was not at all good.
