Its quite okay experience, I found its Little bit expensive than our nearby retailers and big bazar and d-mart... But its okay to shop from here if youre in urgent need of something... They do also have a quite good variety of products. So overall its good in product choice and fare in pricing.

We entered the store in a determination to buy an AC which was later finalized and we asked them to start prepping for closing of the deal. We asked them if we must approach the billing desk concurrently interrogating about the safety measures they typically carry out for the safety of the installation official; they called up their technician who was with a help of diagram explained the map of our house. To this, their technician whispered to manager that they have installed countless ACs in my society. Now, due to an unknown reason they lost their confidence and stopped to say that they will visit the site and it has been over a week of our constant follow up and no one showed up till now. I guess Ill have to find another retailer as Reliance Digital does not want to sell their products. Dont want to name the guys but a little bit of training imparting enthusiasm wont hurt.

Reliance Digital Mansarovar Jaipur for #appleairpods I had a pathetic experience and Im going through one of the worst experiences of my life. No customer support, No back-end support, No proper channel of communication between the departments. Im waiting for the cancellation email and the status of my refund. I made an online purchase on July 19, 2020 and chose the option of pickup at the store. When I went to pick up my online order at the #Reliance #Mansarovar all the information was accurate except my mobile number(only 1 digit was incorrect) so eventually, I couldnt get the OTP, I requested them to find another way to validate my purchase but according to them, THERE IS ONLY SINGLE PROCESS TO VALIDATE MY PURCHASE THAT IS ONLY MOBILE NUMBER. So, being a customer of #RelianceDigital you can not cancel your order only the store has authority for the same. My real nightmare began when I requested them to cancel my order from there end. so the CRM of the store told me that youll get an update within a #24hours. they didnt reply of course, I made numerous emails on @[email protected], @[email protected], @[email protected] and got the only system generated answer WE WILL REPLY YOU WITHIN 8 WORKING HOURS, I even made the number of calls to the store and to the customer care service but all in vain. The interesting part is that the customer care executive says that there is no communication from store side and the store person(Mr. Kesari Soni) and the Store Manager(Mr. Lav Sharma) says we have escalated the email from our side to initiate cancellation and refund, So whos faulty? I must say its me only that I chose #RelianceDigital for my purchase. Im waiting for my refund and cancellation email but all Im getting is a verbal consolation except the written communication. It looks that the only option they have left for me to go to legally.
