I am a gym owner nd I have registered to fit pass app clients to aate hai per jab month complete hota hai to ye log amount dene mai problem karte hai

Worst company and worst people. They cheat their partners, associates, and their clients too. Just a group of people making money through means of fraud. I run a couple of fitness centres and I have provided services to fitpass clients worth more than 1.5 lakhs of which I have not received payment. I hope anyone using this app will stop using it and take membership of their choice of gym/ fitness centre.

Should have given zero stars but technically its not possible. No customer relationship management. First they list out all the gyms as soon as you purchase the pass. Suddenly there comes hidden rules and regulations. No customer care to support you. They only call during renewals and dont care about customers.

It was bad. Most of the gyms denied and few gym receptionist words were they are about to close their contract with fitpass. Mostly good ratings are fake and consumer feel so inferior as gym owner dont treat them the way they treat the one who took membership from the gym itself. Kindly dont trust such apps.

FITPASS has asked me to change my gym twice in this month due to there poor listing and poor relationship with the gym . and this leads to dissatisfaction and difficulty for the customer, they can ask you to join the different gym in mid of the month irrespective of how far location , bad services and THEY DO NOT HAVE REFUND POLICY. I think its a WORST START FOR A START UP
