The hotel was very nice especially the location was very good almost all the tourist places were close to the location of the hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. The reception people were very supportive and nice. Dinner and breakfast was very good. The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness such as toilets and rooms. It was my business trip to Jaipur ! My suite was very comfortable with beautiful views from both the sides ..it was an unbelievable stay at Lords plaza an extremely well maintained, decor full of taste and charm ! The breakfast is one of the best I have had anywhere with many elements. The location is surprisingly good just 5 minutes away from Johari Bazaar... one of the main tourist attraction of Jaipur.This hotel has really great charm , well trained-professional and friendly staff. There is also a car park which is very useful as there are many hotels who have parking crunch. What a Fantastic place , I will come back because of the service alone.Highly recommended.Check Price Online or call directly .. I hope they offer you the best .Note:1. All Hotels Supply Hard water , take care of your hair.2. Try to Hire Rental base cars or bikes as Auto Fare is too high for Tourists.3. Try not to buy things from tourist area as they sell duplicate products.4. The stay was really bad.first they gave me a room with really bad floor. later in the day the electronic went off and never came back so they shifted me to another room.I stayed for 2 days and for 4 bottles of water they charged me rupees 220. reason behind this was- I was offered tea before checking out without me ordering it.even though I rejected the tea as a I didnt order one, the waiter put it on the table saying that its prepared now I cannot deny.I spoke to manager about it and the tea was around rs 300. the manager later settled some and added some extra bucks with water bottle bill,. charging me rs 220 for 4 water bottles.

Not good at all, The service is bad, the staff is not cooperative. They dont have balcony, whatever is seen in the picture is just for show. total waste of money, you will get much better options in the same prices. This property can not be considered as 4 Star property.

We checked in early around 7 am & got the pavillion room we booked on chargeable basis but my disappointment was that the room we got was interconnected to the room next to us & the receptionist did not inform us about it. the door could be easily opened by the person who is in the next door as there is no lock just a tiny sach lock that can be manually operated. since we were a couple we had to change our room & had to stay in a lower category room which was club room but thankfully had no secret doors leaking our privacy 😂. The food was good & since my friend was sick the restaurant person was courteous enough to prepare sick meal for us in both lunch & dinner. in breakfast there were less choices for the heavy price. overall ok experience nothing fancy.

I lived there along with 2 other guests in other rooms last week. The staff is very courteous, provides good service and was very quick to respond at most times. I would like to see the sanitization practices enforced (for ex: Room cleaning staff and all customers to be requested to wear masks when in common areas or cleaning rooms). Overall I would recommend this hotel based on the staff service(especially at reception or room service)

I recently stayed in this hotel. Generally i dont used to write the reviews of any property but this hotel’s bad experience made me to come here.Room was not so clean. Its balcony was so dirty that we couldnt go outside. Extra Bed quality was so poor that I couldn’t sleep on it. Its very cheap quality.Staff response for any service is also very poor. Even lighting in reception and in lobby area is very less.We had been given our free breakfast in room only due to so called covid rules ( but in other hotels this is not the case). Food quality is also not to the satisfactory level. Bread toast was completely burned, oily puri, no fruits offered.Overall not good experience with this hotel except is road touch location.Strongly not recommending anyone who is looking for family stay.

We (me and my wife) have advance booked and paid via goibibo this hotel for a night because we got appointment from doctor and clinic was near the hotel... but when we arrived to this hotel there was two of the staff handling to hotel reception, asked us for valid ID.. we both gave them our AADHAR CARDS our home was around 100km far from this hotel.. but both two of the men was told us that same district ID will be not accepted in this hotel and they said to me that give us in written that you are taking your wifes total responsibility.And their tone was so embarrassing for us.

Hi everyone, I was travelling solo on my bike from Delhi to Jaipur then of course i have to stay somewhere in jaipur then i called one of my friend for hotel suggestion then someone suggests me this amazing hotel near Albert Hall. So this place has wifi, parking space, cozy rooms, the amazing breakfast buffet includes in your room charges but you have to confirm about it once and at the end this place in the middle of the City so you can go anywhere from here easily.

2 starts because I was forced to visit this place for a vestige meeting. Will update ratings If I feel like on my visit some other day for some other reason.

Though the stay was present but service experience was not to expectations, while checking out we filled the feedback form and complained to the manager, fortunately he accepted and discounted on the extra service charges which were not justified considering the service level. Food was excellent in taste as we had Ala Cart lunch and buffet dinner, dining staff were kind enough to provide us Tawa roti also as demanded by Sr. Citizen of our family. Rates were competitive as we had 1+1 free offer that particular day. Overall value for money though parking space was quite limited

RATS were roaming in food court Coriander.Though we booked for early check-in the Hotel charged extra charges for early check-in.Taste of Food except Chinese must be improved. Specially the break fast served at Buffet has to be served hot and tasteful.The jewelry shop sales executive must be trained. He is always at the lobby stalking girls/women sitting in lobby or at reception.Even Housekeeping was not up to the mark. Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Towels(for 2 people), Sleepers were not provided.My overall experience was very bad .

My friends and I, we stayed in Lords plaza hotel for 15 days and we had a great experience. There food has great taste and bar services are very nice. Mr. Pandey and Mr. Vishal was so helpful with there 24 hrs service.We had fun in the hotel.

Amazing hotel, really impressed. Good service, friendly staff, top food. The only reason it got one star less is that it has central AC, and no fans in the rooms, so it was just not cool enough for me. Not unbearable but slightly warmer than Id like. Then again I have windows open at home when its snowing outside, so Im not exactly normal when it comes to temperature.I would definitely recommend this place. Its also quite close to the pink city, and the markets etc.

Location of this hotel is excellent for travellers with major markets at a stones throw. rooms are hygenic and reasonably priced.2 things which were a downturn and maybe ignored as a one off instance:1. AC unit started making noise at 11PM and took us around an hour to get shifted to another room.2. welcome drinks, a part of the package; werent offered. even we forgot to ask for them. centrally located place. food quality for midnight hunger pangs. reasonably priced amenities.

The service, the attendants, the whole staff...specially the receptionist, the room servants were all worst....even the courtesy, politeness & gratitude were only and only missing....they are only stigma to Jaipur City....no words to Express our frustration that we received due to them...they destroyed our holidays....bad very bad

Awesome hotel and in decent budget. Their room service was amazing and quick. Food is good too generally but some items some items like Dal makhani, Gulab Jamun need to tell them make sure it has been cleaned properly or Gulab Jamun has to be cooked properly. Chicken dishes were amazing. Rajasthani thali is not real Rajasthani thali, for that visit Ghoomar in Crystal park or Chokha dhani. Staff is Awesome too and very polite and caring. Laundry was good too. Overall an excellent experience. Gave them 4 star but due to few issues not giving 5 star :). Need to improve on those aspects!

Neither the amenities nor the service was yp to the mark. The thing Lordly thing this hotel has is its price. The reception guys need some serious briefing as how to greet the guests. Everything is time consuming, whereas it has to be smooth. Be it check in procedure or check out, serving of food etc nothing is smooth, quick and forget about bring presentable. In the room very basic amenities like dental kit is not available and they charge it seprerately, which is not justified in my opinion considering the room chagres. The quality of food was the worst i have ever had in a three star hotel. Other than guys at reception, the staff and workers were polite but they lack the quality of being presentable. Overall i would not recommend this hotel to any known person.

The hotel rooms are quite nice, the food at the restaurant is nice too, and the staff is courteous.However, upon asking room service for water bottles, they supply reused bottles with open seals. And thats very disappointing. They will not even check if youd be willing to pay.Dont know how they clean & wash them, or where do they collect them from. Its a bif turn-off.

I stayed here with my sister and my cousin on the night of 26th July 2020 in room 406. I was coming from Pune and going to my home town in Uttrakhand, driving all the way. The hotel was really clean and practicing good hygeine. The sanitizer was sprayed on our bags too. The guard and staff both were polite and helpful.The bathroom, room and the furniture was good quality and we had a comfortable stay after a tiring day of a long drive.

Was expecting it to be as good as the Jammu property. Bathroom fittings were leaking. Rooms not that great and tidy. Limited breakfast items. Expensive for the 4.4K price I paid.

Comfirtable Stay At Lords Plaza,Jaipur.I was on my official trip and one of my co-staff booked this hotel for me though its coming under my budget.The moment I entered to the lobby I recieved a warm welcome by the staffs at the reception desk.They were very humble and kind.I had a smooth check in to my room.The room was nice as I expected a clean room with well appointed aminities and I found the same over there.There food is delecious and served on time which I like the most.They wont late you feel like a guest, in a single word the staffs are very friendly,My special thanks goes to Mr.Shan the manager who was taken care for my food service at restaurant and at my room too.Mr.Himanshu Manager at reception desk who has helped me to get more information of the city and the corporate sectors and the last but not the least Mr.Badal the House keeping Manager who personally came to me and asked about my comfort. I have been to many hotels but few guys I met in my life such like Mr.Badal,Himanshu & Shan who really cares about guest comfort and they used to ask suggestions for implementation on their services.I would like to suggest this hotel for those who want budget rate with good service.There were few small issues like small parking space, dental kit & shaving kit are chargeable but overall it best at its budget.Will visit again and again.
