5 star like any other Decathlon. Deducted 1 star for faulty product (Cycle ST 100). Got puncture in 1st 7 KM. rim was defective. They replaced the inner lining.Ample parking, full product range. Heaven for sport enthusiasts.

Most of the products are available at local market in same price range.Another big issue is huge delay at payment counters...Only 1 or 2 counters are operational even at evening rush hours and staff there is dead slow....It seems an eternity to even one article billed...

It is a big store here are many products available like sorts wear, shoes, campaign tenants, foldable chairs, cycling products and sports cycles any more almost all sports products. If you have to pay cashless, you will have to download the app, and scan the QR codes and then pay by your phone.Took more than 10 minutes to pay.

This outlet is away from town and easy to locate (with Google maps). It has large parking space and was decently stocked but lacked something. I did spend around an hour and had to call staff in every section repeatedly, they seemed unconcerned with your presence despite the fact that more staff were there than customers at mid noon. Prototypical designs and colours of stuff lacked appeal.

Very unprofessional attitude of the saff . They are not bothered about the convenience of customer who has reached their store. They are more concerned about customers who would be arriving later. I had gone to their Ajmer road store on 10 Jun to purchase a bicycle and returned back without even entering the store thanks to the attitude of their security guard and sale staff. Who was apparently sent to help me after I called up. They just dont care about losing customers. The HR deptt who hires such staff needs to be admired.

If you are sports fan, you have to visit this place. Firstly if you are going with the google maps just choose the wrong side that is near decathlon because next diversion is 2 km away. You enter the place with a basketball court and than a huge store having every possible thing you can use in sports that we play in India. The best feature is wide variety of every item from very cheap to very costly. You can come with kids as they can play without having any restrictions. You will feel that you belong to this place.

They dont have space to keep helmet in entry gate even they dont allow laptop and camera bag in side the storewhen we are doing exit from there we cant find bag tag number form exit gate which is given from entry gate.I am not happy with entry and exit gate rules.

This is worst store to buy stuff. Staff is so unprofessional. I selected stuff of worth rs. 8300 to buy, I had gift card of worth rs. 5000. This lady at billing counter doesnt know to process a bill with gift card. She bought my gift card value to zero. And tells me sir you cant apply this gift card. Manager just comes and tell me to write a mail to customers service. So at the end i have to leave the store without buying anything and with zero value in my gift card, because of the staffs mistake.And their store is so far in an outer area, i paid rs 205 to uber to go there, that also got wasted. Then this lady is asking me to come tomorrow again and check.I felt so dishearted and stressed. If you have a gift card pls dont go to this store, they dont know to process it.
