Gifting ideas are satisfactory and quaint. Extremely tardy service and rude behaviour by one of the owner(who has posted glowing reviews of outlet herself here) . Extra charges for repair work even though product had stopped working within an hour of taking it from their outlet.Extra uber charges for delivery(no defined rate, you will have to pay extra if there is prices spike in the services)You will never receive your products on time,they will always delay despite giving you a time themselves, however in case you are late in collecting, then they will hound you until you give in and ask them to deliver it to your place(for which as I have mentioned, they will charge u extra)My mantra after the given experience- order online -no extra charges and no need to face rude owners.P.s._ It felt really weird facing such shocking customer service for the first time in the current times when everywhere you get to see such wonderful customer services/after sale services.
