Dr. Govind saini was one of the best doctor i knew,but now he is not like that now he treats rudely. He has started running after money. He is our family doctor,but now we will never go back for appointment again, sorry doctor you changed a lot! (You were once my ideal, but mujhe aapko samjhne mai galti ho gyi)

Worst ever hospital I came across till now. I doubt if the doctors here have genuine or fake degrees. My brother was admitted cause he had a stone pain. I literally heard the senior doctor asking the junior doctor who was examining my brother will you pass and clear ur exams this time(in hindi) . I was dumbstruck listening this. The moment they realise the person is insured they’ll make a huge bill and will charge you like anything. No professionalism at all. Doctors literally don’t have any knowledge playing with people’s life . I would never suggest this hospital to anyone.

If you want hotel and hospitality for your patient, you can go here. Treatment is not possible here for patients. We lost one of our dear one here for no reason. Our patient was admitted here and he went through stairs and get admitted. Within 1 day he was put on ICU VENTILATOR BED and he never open his eyes again. FROM day 2, doctors started saying that we dont have any hope. I mean, patient was admitted while walking and how come his condition was so deteriorate that you have no hope. Also, have you seen any doctor saying that patient cant be alive. For 7 days of treatment , this hospital charged around 6 lakhs. Eg. On 1 particular day, this hospital pharmacy has billed 9 injections of each 5000 Rs(total 45000) around evening. Just next day in afternoon 4 more same injections were billed. Isnt it suspicious that covid patient was injected 12-14 injections within 24 hours of Rs 5000 each? Isnt this loot? Total bill of our patient for 7 days was close to 6 LAKHS. Can you believe this?We were not allowed to go to ICU even during visiting hours. We need to beg to see our patient. Head, Govind Saini just visit hospital with bouncers for fun. Other two doctors, Vinit and Ajeet have no sense of talking to patient family member, they are so rude and bluntly says all sort of negative things to family members.When situation was completely out of their hand, everyone (doctor, staff) starts murmuring silently to us saying, you can take your patient to other hospital if you think we are not doing good treatment. I mean who says like this? But first, you need to pay this bill of 6lacs in cash to us and they will not claim anything from. Insurance as insurance company takes 3-4 hours for claim payment. We were like stunned, we paid this amount in cash n arranged another ICU bed in other hospital but our patient left us as it was too late.Our family member is no more with us. Hope this doesnt happen to you, please be alert.Note: We struggle to pay 6 lakhs in cash and are dealing with insurance company for reimbursement of this treatment.

This is only money making and worst hospital. Please dont bring your loved ones to this hospital. If you are still want to admit someone, please avoid cashless else they will eat your coverage within few days and they are adding fraud bills.My father was admitted for 15 days (including 10 days in ICU). I would like to give my experience -Doctors: very unsatisfied. Dr vinit(morning) and ajeet(evening) provides patient condition on daily basis but everyday both provides completely different condition of the patient. Dr vinit is always negative and rude in nature if we ask more questions. Dr ajeet always tell he is stable, no more information. And suddenly they told that he is critical and next day I lost my father. I never felt them as doctor instead they just know how to handle visitors queries. Dr govind behaviour is more like a politician who always keep bouncers with him. If anything ask from him, fix reply, please check with vinit.Pharmacy: This is biggest fraud department in this hospital. When I asked for the bills, they were not giving n told that pls check with insurance but later forcefully we got the bills and found that they have charged two times for the same medicine on multiple days. When we have complaint on this they have reverted saying that bills are correct but cancelling those bills..is it really possible that they can revert if bill is valid?It shows really smell of fraud and GM Rajendra Meena is leader of thisManagement: seating arrangement is good here.
