They are very helpful in all respects and are proactive for different tasks at hand. One thing that I loved about them is that they were always ready to execute everything we wanted. They never say no to you and deliver more than they promise. We planned our wedding with Classic Rovers Events in Jaipur and they delivered each event beautifully. Our 3-day affair was full of dreamy decor and fantastic coordination. Team is fabulous and was there with us like a shadow. Special appreciation for their help-desk, who helped procure the smallest of things at a very short notice. Had a lovely experience overall.

Absolutely not recommended.Even single star is too much for them. They dont deserve even this.They dont deliver or say, not able to deliver what they commit.Basically they are like CHANDA of Movie Band Baja Baraat. They promise you everything according to your budget at the time of deal, they even give you proper powerpoint presentation with photos of decoration and excel sheet of details but on wedding day you would find out that they deliver nothing according to their commitment on PowerPoint presentation and their Excel sheet. Most of the photos on their presentation are fake. They only think how to increase their profit in that budget and dont give a second thought to the services they committed to their clients.Highly incompetent and inefficient people they are.Mr. Naveen Sharma and Mr. Vikram Tak were our organizer employees. Both are pathetic and highly incompetent in their work. Their boss and classic rovers owner is Mr. Vikalp. I dont know whether he gave them free hand to increase the profit by any hook & crooks or is himself a incompetent person to run a event management company because he never bothers to take feedback from his customers about their experiences and the services received through their worthless employees.Even if we had hired seperate vendors like tentwalas, florists, light decorators and others, they directly would have delivered better services than these good for nothing people.So I dont recommend this wedding planner at all with the experiences had by me and many others in this review box until you want to deliberately ruin your day.Thank you.Edited after their reply-What a classical reply from classic rovers. All blame on budget. This is what all the incompetent people do to hide their incompetency.All the payments were done on time and all the requirements and budget were decided before closing the deal and all the demands were according to their commitment before closing the deal. If they think that this budget is less then why they closed the deal before with this budget. So all this budget blame is only to hide their deeds, nothing else.It would have been more professional if you had talked about self improvement rather than telling the straight lies on most of the critical Google reviews. But I am not surprised with their reply after seeing their work ethics at the time of wedding. Telling lies are integral part of their work at the time of deal and on the field so it is bound to be here also on Google.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. None of the arrangements done by this company were as discussed. The decorations were not complete on time. I won’t even be getting in to the unprofessional behaviour displayed by the head, Mr.Vikram Tak. He resorted to hooliganism and coercion when we decided to cut his payment, and also threatened to cut the power supply during the main event of the wedding. I wouldn’t advise anyone to hire them as your wedding planners, unless you want your big day to to be absolutely ruined.

I recently had a wedding planned by the most ‘HORRID’, ‘NEGATIVE’, ‘RUDE’ and ‘INFLEXIBLE’ wedding planner. If you’re looking for a good time, then you’ll get disappointed. They are extremely incapable in keeping their promises.THE HEAD, MR. VIKRAM TAK will lure you with his pretentiously sweet words and smile, but as soon as you’re bound by the contract, he’ll drive you crazy right to the top. He won’t even stick his own contract terms.He will control everything according to his privilege, your preferences will be shoved out the window. You will end up doing most of the preparations/planning yourself, so why hire him anyway?He’ll put forth unrealistic financial demands at unsettling times. He will create negative drama right in the middle of you trying to enjoy the “once in a lifetime day”. If he promised you a 100, you’re not even getting 50 out of it.He will try to hackle you at the last moment by taking advantage of your situation, to do as he says or he’ll threaten you about ditching the event.He is so irresponsible, mannerless and unemotional towards his work or any of the familys lifetime wedding event, he just do whatever he wants to do. It doesnt matter for him whatever is finalised by the guest. Also, on the day of wedding he will threaten you that he will switch off the lights in front of your guests if he doesnt gets last 10-15% payment as he will get worried about the same considering the work done by him.Being in the same industry I personally dont recommend him at all for a family event as he is ruthless and very unprofessional.

Very poor wedding.planners... Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. They take money and deliver poorly planned weddings. The head Vikram Tak doesnt even pick up calls and become totally unresponsive.My suggestion is that they are a complete waste of money and please dont hire them.

If i could, Id rate him with no stars. The service they promised, and what we received were exactly opposite. They did not walk their talk at all. They dont care about making your time special, but all that matters to them is money, and the least of efforts they have to put for it. They will not take any responsibility for the actions they have to do or they already did. And especially, Mr. Vikram Tak. Terrible organizer. This man is rude, obnoxious, arrogant and wont think about what he promised you, despite any contract he signed, hell do what he wants to. This man is not even humble, let alone professional. Hell ask you how you want things, but will end up doing what he wants to do them. Your choices, priorities wont matter at all.They failed in providing basic services, that the specially requested ones were too far to achieve.Hell drive you crazy in the crucial moments, when you wont be left with much choices. He wont stick to the contract terms. Youll be threatened to extort money even before the completion of the function. Hell demand payments, right in the middle of the ceremony and will torment you about leaving the ceremony, if you dont. If at any time, you dont get intimidated by his behavior, hell threaten you with Chacha vidhayak hai humare. He might seem sweet, just till you finalize him as your planner, the moment hes chosen, hell show his true colors and will ruin your whole event.By my personal experience Id suggest you to never pay him in advance, full amount. Make it a two-part payment deal, the second part after full service deal, or youll suffer just like us.I hope neither of you choose this irresponsible man, for such an important time of your life.

Summary- I had the worst experience with these people. Specially Vikram Tak. They dont deliver anything. It was our mistake that we hired them as our event planner. If you want your marriage to be destroyed, then go for them.Experience in detail- He is not a man of his words. Zero professionalism. At first he will give you so much confidence that hell make sure to achieve the moon for you. In reality, he will deliver nothing. Lowest quality of design will be provided. The delivery will not be as per your expectations or your requirement. Instead he will at the last moment say I only have this low quality thing and I can do only this. He will make sure that we are helpless enough that we have no choice but to settle for the poorest of the things. He has no sense of talking and no respect. Our wedding was in summer and no coolers or air conditioners were provided in the event( which is the most basic thing). He is a guy who will lie about Ganesh Jis murti then just imagine how low he can go for other things. None of the things were as per planned. He doesnt care about the pdf or the agreement which you will finalize before the event. This company is nothing but a fraud. Ruined my wedding.A genuine request to everyone to not to hire them for their wedding. Wedding is once in a lifetime event, do not ruin it by hiring them.A very very disappointed customer. I wish someone had stopped me before hiring them.
