Not sure if they handle the work professionally. Placed an order on their website, next day received a message/mail that order is packed & ready to ship. The very next day received another mail that order has been cancelled without any proper reason.

I wont recommend this seller for the poor quality of item I purchased online on their website, and their complete lack of response to my grievance raised thereafter.I purchased an ADATA UV250/32GB USB Flash Drive in a promo sale for Rs. 290 thinking that it was a great buy. Item arrived on 17-Aug, but turned out to be defective. Files are getting corrupted, and when I checked it with USB software, I realized that there are bad sectors which cannot be repaired. Now my purchase is practically useless, and BROOT offers no resolution for this ADATA also doesnt provide service in India. I have to contact their Taiwan office for warranty related claims. This has been a totally bad experience for me, and I learned never to look past sellers like Amazon even if they charge a little higher!

I would say the best Computer shop in this area. They keep sought after quality products. I was looking for a battery replacement for my laptop which is no longer in production but they were able to arrange the same for me. The owners are very polite and would be happy to help on your queries as well. Always had a good experience visiting this shop !!!

I visited Broot considering one of the recommendations that I followed upon. I bought a laptop in February. My initial experience was satisfactory since the behavior of the salesman was remarkable and he helped me made the right choice but as soon as the payment was processed, the rest of the staff that continued with the remaining formalities became very casual and the entire process of upgrading, configuring and packaging my laptop seemed like a hassle to them. Nevertheless, I was able to receive the product and Im content with its performance for the time being. Would recommend this place for sure but exploring other options in the market may lead to a better experience.

Broot, Excellent service, 5/5 starAfter roaming in and out of hp service center for a week regarding heating problem in my hp pavilion dv6 (purchased in jan 2012), someone thankfully referred me to BROOT laptop service center (jaipur) which solved my problem within an hour. And what made me write this review is my complete satisfaction and value of money from laptop services incurred.I was so frustrated and fed up with the heating problem. It was not less than a heater after 5-10 mins of use. Typing was like intentional burning of finger tips. And to get rid of it, I was mentally prepared to pay a good amount to hp people.But fortunately or unfortunately, they demanded a week time more to check, get the part, dont know what!!But there I met an existing happy customer of BROOT whose word of mouth led me to try it out.
