Multiple time power cut. Huge bill and no one is there for taking the responsibility. Even the customer care no keeps the phone on hold without saying a word.

Respected sir,we are not living our own home ,only live grandfather and grandmother.They are not using yet electricity but our regular bill of a month between 1600 to 2600 Rs. There were no one can came to read our unit of devices and the message of bill payment without and unit,why?Also we complaint but no action can be taken by government. Since 2018,the last 2 year we faced a lot of problems.We belong a middle class family

Without reading of unit and they send bill and we are leaving in gujarat and at rajasthan house been closed then also sending big amounts of light bill

Respected sir I have received the bill amount of 6541i m not using the electricity from last 1 year and paying regularly a minimum amount to govt as per ur deparment generating bill but sudden I got a excess bill amount its a humble reqst u to to clear this title as soon as possible and ur deparment is not giving any response as a employ we r not satisfied this is worst service never seen in my life

They are giving bills without checking readings and they are not updating our online payments.In August I paid 2500 rupees and in September bill was about 4000.

I have to give them a single star to write a review but trust me they doent even deserve that. The website addresses keeps on changing. When new government comes all they care about is replacing the face of a CM over the portal and nothing else changes. I request the developers to get a good template and then integrate the database in their so the users arent troubled. Its a pain in A.. to find the right link. I had a login earlier on the website which had some basic details and history of the bills and payments but now i dont even have access to the same link.The sites arent tested completely and doesnt have compatibilty with various browsers. So in this digital era JVVNL wants us to kill our time, pollute the environment and then go to e-mitra kendras and stand up in lines and then deposit the bills. Seriously? How pathetic.When will the government officials will pay attention to these kind of services. Its only because their salary gets credited in their accounts by the end of every month. Ask people who fight for their livelyhood. ..How Shame.....

This site is good for payments only.I have tried to registere my complains (regarding my payments,which were not considered in the bills ),but unable to do so because you do not want to show your actions to customer.Please immediately rectify your site,so that complaints can be registered.
