Horrible on-call consultation experience. Doctor was highly unprofessional. Called 10 minutes late for a 15 minutes appointment and hung up in 3 minutes. Talked really rudely, zero professionalism. DO NOT go for the on-call consultation. Really disappointed.

Good and very experienced doctor of SMS. Former Senior Professor and Head Department of Dermatology,STD and Leprosy Medical Superintendent SMS Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur.

I had booked an online appointment. But, the response was not satisfactory. I couldn’t explain my problem and nor could understand the medicines that were prescribed. Doctor is really great because I have consulted in the past. But, the online approach is really very bad as it does not give satisfactory resolutions. I will not recommend for online consultation.

First of all I made online a(only option he provides) my probable acne ,even I dont actually understand what kind it is, on September he prescribed a tablet and a cream, NO IMPROVEMENT at all after paying him 500 I called him up after 4 month in his prescription ,he say pay me another 500 as he cant remember ,like what the hell, after paying him another 500 he says share me a photo as watsapp calls arent clear, in both of the appointments he has been so unprofessional he doesnt even give you a diagnosis as to what is happening to you so that you can understand. Also I sent him a vedio for him to see the texture of my acne he slept on that message.Just trying to.mint ONLINE money in this pandemic. Entire doctor fraternity is out in the field but he still is WFH. He doesnt have basic ettiqutes to talk to his customer.

Doctors treatment is really amazing and medicines are affordable. For doctor absolutely 5 StarBut call receivers and other staffs attitude is very rude even doctor is kind behavior. Call receiver guy is very unprofessional in way of talking.

Worst experience.I could not even see the doctor. His receptionist is so rude that he has not even any sense of talking. We called on 26th Aug, 2019 to get the appointment. He told us to come on 3rd Sept at 5.00 pm. But, when we reached there on 3rd sept, he said there is no appointment by your name and started misbehaving.We were shocked. He was talking like he was working at some railway station, not with any renowned doctor.I request to the doctor, if u actually read the reviews, kindly make him learn to talk to patients properly. The patients visit you in need, not just to roam around.

One of the best doctor, I have ever met or consulted ... Guys, I have visited so many famous doctors in jaipur due to some pimple or skin problems.. But now, Mr. Mathur is examining me. And it is getting better. And above all, he is a very rare and true kind of fun loving personality.

I have visited dr. Nk mathur for white spots and dark circles but he didnt gave me any consultancy or medicines(not even a single tube) instead he maked unnecessary comments on my cloths.(he commented on my knee rugged jeans).I mean seriously he told me to wear suit. He is an old fellow with a really old mentality. Girls if you ever visit him i suggest you all to wear suit. Rs. 500 was totally worthless. I went there for my skin not for that 15 min. Lecture only on my clothes. He didnt gave any consultancy for my skin. He was so rude. It was my worst experience. If he does not want to treat me he should have told me directly without wasting my 1 hour that i spend on waiting and also my money.

This Rating is just for Mis management in their number/appointment system... people waiting from long back gate opened at 3pm and one illitrate person was writing names of whosoever he likes instead of people of came early .Secondly there were 5-6 names already noted in the list while they claim that they do not take appointments on phone or any other means and we have to be physically there for appointment.Please improve this appointment procedure

Very bad experience...he took only 2-3 minutes for that he charges Rs. 500 (without any bill)and this charges is only for one time and We cannot get consulate with the same slip even next day. And the worst thing is that we have to take appointment 10 days early. Every hospital provide the facility to consult doctor with the same slip in next 3 days or 5 days as per their policy but here you have to pay again if you are comming even next day....

Poor diagnosis.

Hello guys,This is the worst doctor we have ever seen. No professional ethics, arrogant person. My wife (practicing doctor) called him on landline and asked for consultation time, he confirmed for evening 4:30, while on reporting to his clinic he humiliated her in front of all and denied for telephonic appointment and behaved rudely. It was his duty to tell us about pre appointment. He should not have misbehaved. No one can expect such rude behaviour from such a senior consultant.No matter how good he is in his field but he lacks professional etiquettes towards other doctors.
