I have never seen any car dealer bad like this. Very bad ambience, youll not find anyone wholl ask you for even water. Dont expect air-conditioning here, very very hot and humid. The showroom was full with mosquitoes. No customer waiting lounge or no facilities for customers.

Very Inferior infrastructure. Weird service attendants with casual attitude. No response to calls. Pathetic service quality and experience.

Need to focus more on customer care... I went their to enquire about Harrier but no one was interested in listening to me. They were seeing each other face hoping someone will volunteer..

Want to purchase small Amt car for my father who is senior citizen so I called Tata motors kamal & Co. After hearing so much reviews from peoples of Tata motors sales and service I am now 💯% sure there staff is worst . The company is Doing good Respect to sir Ratan Tata he his so humble and great human being so i thought to buy an Indian product after talking to there sales executive I feel he is feeling that he is so much busy or in Gov job talking so rudely . Thaey have to improve lots thats y people hesitate to buy Tata product

One of the worst dealership in Jaipur. They lure you into booking with them by offering high discounts but when it comes to delivery they keep postponing it mentioning random reasons. The sales executives (Mahesh Sharma and Suheb Rashid) after a point are unresponsive and throw new deals where u would have to pay higher.After this experience with booking I have inquired with other friends regarding their experience with Kamal and co. and got to know that they have very bad after sales serviceI have suffered this so I would like to caution others pls dont book from here. There are far better dealerships available in Jaipur.

I got serviced my SUV day before yesterday. I am surprised to see that they are not at all interested in repairing the vehicle. Their main aim is to get change different types of oil and washing servicing of the vehicle. Even after paying Rs. 15000/-, bulb of headlight is fused. Everytime you ask them to repair the particular part , they says - you have to leave your vehicle for at least 4-5 days.Very bad experience.Will never go again.

Very Bad Service and no one given response form any person. we are facing problem from last 2.5 years but they not taken seriously our problem. staff given only assurance but result is zero. we advise not go to Kamal & Co. for service.

Purchased TATA Nexon XZ+ S from kamal & co in September 2020. The car got problem w.r.t starting the car on very first day of purchase. The companys executive took the car back to their workshop stating to check wiring again and returned the car in few hours saying that everything is fine now. The car got same problem again 2 times in less than 15 days. On contacting the executive, they are asking to directly talk to tata customer care.

Dont buy from this showroom, I purchased Tata nexon from this showroom in Dec 2019, we purchased Tata Tiago from autoplex AV a year before we buy Tata nexon. Following are the differences I found in both showrooms1.Autoplex - provided all documents in a file at the time of receiving the car itself, kamal - I have visited the showroom 6 times but still they havent given me all invoices.2. Autoplex - provided a choklet/sweets box at the time of receiving the car.Kamal- didnt provided any sweets box but employee there ask for inaam when I was receiving the car.3. Autoplex - provided all accessories at the time of delivering car.Kamal - did not provided all accessories at the time of handover of car, I showroom visited 4 times after that they provided the acceceries that too of very poor quality.4. Autoplex - offering car in 14 thousand less than what was kamal & namaste company offeredKamal:I already booked the car and loan was already sectioned thats why I couldnt cancel the booking.5.Autoplex :provided reflector and first aid box at the time of deliveryKamal :did not provide reflector and first aid box kit, After next visit I asked whether Tata nexon comes with first aid kit or not after that they provided me reflector and first aid kit6.autoplex - Delivered the car on date which dealer told.Kamal-Did not delivery car at time what the dealer promised.7 autoplex service center :very supporting staff, asks customer for rating or feedbackKamal service center :I inquired for small dent repair they said it will cost 5000. And they didnt even indicated any other method which will cost less.My experience at Tata Kamal & company was very bad.

Poor customer support, there CRM system doesnt work properly most of the time. I got my car serviced from them and its been more than 21 days I havent received my bill. They told me that sir the system isnt working and we will mail you the bill and then took my details as well.My family member went there 2-3 times and they kept on saying that they will email but they havent mailed it till date. And then they request you that when you get the call from customer desk, Pune please provide good feedback about us.Please note: I AM HUGE FAN OF TATA CARS BUILD QUALITY HOWEVER the support service sucks.

Service is good but lack of customer satisfaction

Visited kamal and company on 20 may19. there was nobody on reception desk and no adviser ( who receives the vehicle)was available too. After sometime we got 1 person and submitted my Nano car, i told them about the problem in AC knob only and AC was working fine.left Nano there for servicing for 10000 km and adviser said to collect vehicle by 4 apptox in the evening. Got a call from company stating that Fan inside AC compartment is jammed and requires 4000-5000 rs to replaced, i denied this extra costing and reconfirmed that AC doesnt have any problem and knob has the issue. due to som personal reason i couldnt collect the vehicle on 20 may so i reachd next day by 1030 to collect my car. we cleared the bill payment and did the test ride. while driving i found AC is not working and blowing the hot air only, i told the same state to adviser. he again took the vehicle and did something in bonnet by which some cold air started coming through duct but AC was not cut in. mechanic said this s only blower running and AC not working. then i met GM mr. Saini and described the complete situation, i found he is busy in playing mobile game instead of addresing grievance of a customer. he was continuously telling me - u spk to the mechanic , to the adviser, and this is not working bcz AC fan is faulty. i questioned him that when my AC was working fine then why did u check it and also told me that fan needs to be replaced, his only reply to me that AC checking is a part of general checking and in which we found AC fan is jammed due to carbon deposition, i interrupted him saing that carbon deposition cant takes place in 3 hrs, bcz till 1030 (car submission time on 20 may) it was working fine and by 1430 (2 o clock) company called me saing fan is faulty.After so much of discussion on 21 may till aprx 1530 (3.30) from 1030, it was all waist and continuously GM was busy in mobile game. i got my car back, still AC is not working. i told GM that we are leaving as unsatisfied and unhappy customer but he was least bothered.i also enquired about the register or annotations for vehicles parameter like fan RPM speed checked, cooling intensity check, but the GM replied we dont maintain anything.i strongly say that this workshop is not reliable and dont visit there.

Dear Sir,I own a Tata Safari Dicor car, RJ14UB 6205.In the first week of April this year, I had got the car serviced at Kamal & Co, Jaipur. The service manager was Mr. Neeraj Chowdhari, mob number 97854 95541.At that time I had requested him for a replacement for my front charging socket cover, which had come off the hinge. Mr Neeraj told me that the part was not in stock in the store and that he would raise a demand for it.It has been more than 45 days now and there is no progress on the procurement. I have reminded Mr Neeraj several times on phone and also on WhatsApp. He has now stopped picking up my call.I am extremely disappointed with the disinterested attitude of Mr Neeraj. Surely, such people spoil the good name of Tata Motors. What is the point of glitzy advertising when you have people like this on ground. I for one, was looking at the Hexa but I have reservations now.RegardsCol Rajesh Sinha
