They try to fool you and make maximum money out of you. I was facing clutch issue and they said its engine mounting that needs to be replaced and as I wasnt that familiar with car so I said ok do it but later on I I realised they cheated me. Also there was an incident before this incident a car owner came and asked for some repair work as he was under zero debt insurance and the service guy sold him underbody rsuting protection. I was about to tell that guy about this fraud but idk why I didnt. So I think its karma but this center is looting customer.

Negligent to required repairs, in spite of specific assurance by the service advisor. Did not perform all the checks that led to car stopping on road in mid of night with family onboard. No real help offered by the service center whatsoever.

Really 3 rd class showroom guys, I was driving all the from south india to North India Just about 2800KMS and before reaching jaipur we got hit by dog. And the great Maruti service center and its Service!!!!!. Theyre pathatic in service and guys they will rob you deep inside pocket.

You can get your car servicing here. Good behaviour of car assistants. Car servicing is also good, but must check your past record of your car servicing and get the parts replaced only if it is required. Dont waste your money only on the statement of the car assistants. Think thrice before saying Yes/ok for parts replacement. Overall, they have a nice waiting room with a cup of coffee and wifi. After lockdown, they have a chargeable sanitization of your car, which is done as soon as your car enters in and it adds to your bill. So, if you dont require, then say NO for it.

Take more time in vehicle attending, staff is not coperative, plz save your time ....and search other service centre for your vehicle.

K.p service the best for maruti. They offer pick and drop service from your house. And assign you an executive who keeps in touch with you for every detail and part. They ask you about every single detail you want with your car. And you can contact them even after months of your service big thumbs up

Im from Mumbai and availed their service during my road trip to Jaipur...Very prompt and helpful.I just used them for car washing and cleaning...Assigned service representative was very patient and informed everything clearly...Car was delivered on time.

Worst experience, poor services, if the vehicle is under 1st year of service, they dont take it seriously since it wont give any revenue, and moreover the centre didnt wash and clean the vehicle properly if it is under free service period..I asked them twice to wash and clean my car properly..

Good facility, although the work should be much more proactive when they know the customer is waiting. The job could have been done much earlier, was made to wait an hour and a half. A job that takes less than half an hour to complete. Not happy with the sanitation of the car either.

I think this service center of Maruti Suzuki is located in a very good location, because it is in the middle of Jaipur,This service center is in the Mansarovar industry area, due to this, people here have the convenience of movement and trains are also served here by the best staff.All parts are available here related to Maruti Suzuki product. It has good facilities for the service of the vehicles. It is well served by the modern technology.

The service was very good. I handed over my Ignis to them and they really went over the board with it. I love how my service guy named Ramanuj was concerned about small-small details. The only thing that I didnt like was the customer lounge. It didnt feel as nice as NEXA customer lounges. The AC was also not working there. I had to prepare for my exam in the unbearable noise of ceiling fan there. Vehicle service department is top notch, customer lounge turned my mood off. Thats why 4 stars.

Staff is very helpful .but we didnt get our cars ciazs alloy wheel reem.. we wondered whole rajasthan on only fortunately one spare wheel.bcoz wheel reem was broken.. its bad service of maruti Suzuki that cant help you when u are in need.. so what is the benefit if you buy a top model of their company. Very unsatisfied with the maruti Suzuki first time. And glad also for the mansarovar service staff that they made an effort to help us but whole rajasthan have no reem of ciaz.. we finally got reem in my Gujarat .

Great and fast service. Immediate response to any complain or any type of maruti car facility.But its quite far from the main city because of which picking and dropping car is an issue. The service provided is great your car gets serviced in just 6-7 hours. All you need is to drop and pick your car.
