The Gupta store needs to work on its Human Resource management may be. The owner and staff relationship needs to be more positive. As a customer, i dont have any issue with the place as there are other options available in the town for shopping. Being an observant, I felt which was missing. A very welcoming team could always attract more customers and retain older ones. Thank you.

Four Stars only because of its nostalgic element. Not long ago it was a family kirana shop and warm acquaintance with the Gupta household members that frequented the trips. Till today one relys on medical advice of Mr. Gupta. However, the department store is a clutter and has not moved with times to make it like a technology driven departmental store. Queueing is a major issue. However, the warmth of the Guptas remain. The new generation must seriously think to create a smarter stores.
