Pathetic. they dont know how to talk with clients. really i am writing this so, as it should come in the notice of the management , that they should teach their callers . simple etiquette. how to deal with client. and now i am waiting response from their end in form of apologetic , i otherwise i will raise this to all platforms ( digital)
