I purchased flat and lives since 10 months. I never seen such biggest fraud in real estate. False commitment, poor construction, cracks and seepage in walls, poor drainage, blocked and leaky ac line, very poor maintenance services, arrogant owners and staff, Really feel cheated everyday. Kindly purchase extra pair of shoes and extra balance and battery in mobile because you must need it after purchase.i Request you Please dont waste your money in this project.

Hi, I have Buy 3bhk Flat Last year in This Project, but Now I Feel i Have Made Very big Mistake to buy this Flat. when you buy they are Promises to fix any problems also they are giving 1 year warranty for this flat or Building. But after Buying they are not Respond.Please beware of these cheaters/fraudsters. Dont invest your hard-earned money with this group. They will harass till next level. Pathetic service they provide. They are using 3rd class material in Building, No point of contact after sales service. Low esteem builder. They are the worst on this planet. Please i Request you Dont West Your Money.

1. Bad construction quality-Walls of some units are weak. Hence, sometimes there are issues when equipments are mounted on the wall.2. False roofing in Bathroom-There is false roofing in bathroom that looks and feels cheap. Sometimes birds enter the false roofing and create waste.3. Drain problems-Choking of drains is a frequent issue. Be it bathroom or kitchen, they get clogged up once in a while.

I, as a customer to Skyline builders, bought a 3 bhk flat in Metro Prime 5 apartment building in year 2019 considering brand value of the company. As society secretary, I commend the building plan prepared by top management was good. Interior and exterior of the building was good.But, the construction quality is *very very poor*. Work for plumbing and sanitary fittings is falling apart. Rooftop tanks are leaking since beginning, ceiling is cracked in most of the flats, electric current runs in bathrooms. The local contractor is ill mannered & non responsive to the damages and many times use foul and abusive language. They are just focused on selling their flats and getting paid. Will suggest future buyers to get a clause for 2 year maintenance by builder added in their registration and all the other promises made by the builder, as they wont be followed otherwise without any legal constraint.
