We have invested on the property VIRAT ELEGANT believing the builder assurance with the quality of VIRAT group. We have purchased the flat around 2 years back , at the time of purchase the outer finishing of the flat amazed us and with the believe in builders assurance we invested on the flat but after 6 months only the reality of the flat started coming of the home accessories and fittings used in the flat are of poor and ill quality . Even after repetitive complaints and follow up , there has been no response from the builder. Also at the time of purchase the builder assured us that he will be providing us proper parking and on fair bases but neither the construction is proper nor the justice has been done at parking allotment, it was completely partial on payment basis. The builder is completely a fake promise maker and ill builder . It would be a complete wastage of money to invest on the VIRAT GROUPS.

Go for it only when you are comfortable in multiplex Apartment.Also it has high maintenance charge.

How the investors are de satisfy of this virat group builders I represent an investors story those who are facing the lot of trouble after investingAs we purchase a flat in Virat elegant the builder is very rude kind of person , The builder had promised to complete all pending works and claimed to have used quality materials for construction. Offlate its observed the builder used inferior material towards the project.This has resulted in major safety concerns. The building has developed cracks all over and from safety perspective its a big question.Even RERA says that RERA lays down that In case any structural defect or any other defect in workmanship, quality or provision of services or any other obligations of the promoter as per the agreement for sale relating to such development is brought to the notice of the promoter within a period of five years by the allottee from the date of handing over possession, it shall be the duty of the promoter to rectify such defects without further charge, within thirty days, and in the event of promoters failure to rect ..Very poor and bad quality of work even within two years , find attached image below for reference , The parking of this flat is also not upto mark even you cant park your car properly it will take 10 minutes to unpark your car.One more thing there should be 39 flats in building and he built 40 there is one illegal flat also on the 8th floor , parking is limited for each flat total no. of parking is 39 but the builder took extra amount and provide multiple parking for one flat owner which is totally illegal.After complaining again and again there is no response from the builder side.Highly disappoint from the quality of construction and other things .
