Commercial tower, 15-20 years old, very strategically located near to MI Road, Jaipur Railway station & Main bus stand. One of the oldest commercial tower on SC Road & a benchmark of that time. Needs massive renovation to bring back the charm n glory. It has all the potential to become a commercial hub.
