A big apartment at entrance of manglam City with open gym on terrace

- A building without any basic amenities.- No proper fittings and finishing inside house.- No power back, no functional lift, if you get stuck inside lift, you will remain stuck until power is back- Heard multiple complaints of lift failure from residents and people suffered injuries because of this.- Building Supervisor is arrogant and ignorant, No proper maintenance even after charging maintenance fees.- Water enters inside house from all directions when its raining, windows and door fittings are not proper.- Water logging issues, this building will be surrounded by water during every rainy season, one cannot go out for work.- No power meters, No verification of electricity units consumed.- Advice to Builders: Kindly make sure to meet all basic amenities before giving out flats for tenants or residents.

The lift stops and there is no one and nothing for help... didnt even have a fan, with no network😡

Bht bakwas building hai. lift ka kuch power back up nahi hai.. kahi bhi ruk jati hai and jo supervisor hai vo kuch nahi karta, koi kaam nai karata bills lene k alava. unkie liye koi lift mai fassie, marie koi farak nahi unko, bus andar se alarm bajao, kisi gaurd ka wait karo ki vo aaye or nikale... agar do floors k beech mai lift ruk jaye to uska koi solution nahi hai inkie paas.windows leak hoti rehti hai. Yaha road nahi hai.. kisi bhi cheej k proper bills nahi dete. bus maintenance charge pura chaiye inko..will not suggest ki kabhi bhi yaha raho.isse kum rating hoti to vo deti.
