They charge a lot but cant provide basic amenities which was promised n coolers wont work properly lights are not fixed n working no cleanliness place is pathetic dustbins will be spilled n spread all over lobby n no one is set to take care even after complaining they r only worried about rent not about providing services its n worth while place to pay so much rent for d kind of service I believe owner is not aware of wats happening with the maintenance n staff how its been if could look into it by owner den I thing it will be surely fixed
