Their customer service is the worst. They talk so arrogantly. Definitely not the right place to shop from.

The day when I went to see and choose laptop 20-21 August 2021, they told me a nice price in written for the laptop I liked i.e 89,800. and 2 days later, when I finally went to buy the laptop 24th august...the sales person said that he did not tell me the price and said it will be 93,000. Even after showing their shops document on which he had written the price alongside the laptop model number. Definately I did not buy the laptop from there. I bought same laptop from other shop for 90,000 with more accessories than this shop was giving.Also to note that their after sales service is not nice. 3 of my friends had purchased laptops from them and struggled every time they for repair or with any problems. The people in their workshop are a little rude sometime.Just a first hand experience with those sales people

Highly frustrated with buying experience. store staff is very rude and just sold the old products on false promises, when we experience issues and reached out to store again were treated badly and not at all entertained. i would strongly recommend not to buy laptop from this store.please pay attention to all recent reviews - none of them are addressed properly also most of the highly rated experience / rating are fake.

Recently bought a gift for my relative and was promised that laptop will work well. however it was an old version and we started facing issues immediately after buying laptop. sales staff is rude and misleading. when we later connected with store then treated badly.

Discourteous, rude once payment is done the most impolite people I ever met. Never hope for after sale service.....

I buy a laptop in Features its mention fingere print senser but in laptop it was not there. When I called on the number mention on a place of desent conversation they start shouting. Even after knowing they are in mistake. When they cant leave there 500 rupess how they expect from a customer to maintain a patience for a product for which they have paied 56 thousand rupess and its not about patience.... Its about how they deal to a customer. They can even say mam please wait for few minutes we will talk in office or I inform my team member. Plz come to the office we will give you a best solution. Such a wrost experience I have.... Wrost onwer dont know even how to talk and behave to a customer. And even while purchasing the stalf even dont know about the feauurs of a model

Its as good as any other shop in the market besides one thing , they try to confuse you with a lot of words and you find out about the fraud when you come home. For example they promise you to give genuine windows OS installation but thats not the case, you will be using a duplicate key and you will find out after a month or so. Too late!

Well win is selling 7years old computers to customers. I have bitter experience never visit this place..

The worst in terms of after sales & services, I was misguided by their staff and was told that theyre giving a lifetime subscription of antivirus with my new laptop, my antivirus was expired within a month and once contacted, they said that Im lying and they never said that. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from these utterly unprofessional bunch of con artists.

The worst place to buy anything. If there was an option , i would have given 0 stars. Big big liar and cheater. No manners.If a customer with no information wants to buy anything from them theyll take twice price, more than the MRP. Which is the case that happened to me. But I talked to someone and they told me the real price. When I went back they were ready to give my money back.But this isnt the matter of money, it is a matter of trust which they broke.

There is a problem in my laptop. then I just go for service then they just seen my laptop and restart my laptop and say that now your laptop is in good condition and now you can use without any problem.When I go to home and use laptop like 1-2 hour then my laptop is showing same problem. They are giving worst after sale service at their end. I bought two Lenovo laptop from this store despite higher prices than instant online market in anticipation of better after sale services at least advice and support. One of my Lenovo laptop came with Camera error , I visited their showroom as the online warranty was showing expired (they sold me an old dated laptop, but not bothered to update warrantee with Lenovo). Anyway, the Lenovo person was rude to ask me Rs 450 for reinstalling Windows 10 even in warranty period.After objection , he rudely asked me to go to Lenovo service centre. Anyway it took several days to update the warranty and get the cam fault rectified. People at Lenovo Service Centre were OK .
