Dont purchase anything from PC jwellers. I would suggest to go to local gold shop than going to PC jwellers, if you want to save your precious time and money. They not only sale cheap gold but also cheap quality gold. If their is any defect in gold after purchase instead of showing any concern to their ornament they will blame you that you don,t have way to wear gold ornaments. Staff is also not cooperative. Company does not entertain your problems.

PCJ is not really good at customer service.Also avoid giving your mobile number when making a purchase, it will be spammed like crazy even if you have DND (do not disturb) service enabled.

Billing Improper looks in practice at PC Jewellers, Grammage mentioned on bill vs actual product vary, I had taken weight in front of the their employees multiple times weighs less than the billing value. I insisted to change this several times but they refused. I was in a hurry so I have to make this purchase.

The return policy is very poor. A few years ago I purchased a pendant set from a pc jeweller which was some 18 grams.And gave 15.420 gold in return. The rest took all the making charge ... the making charge is too high..
