One good thing is that you will always get most of all product available here with live demos. But Prices are not better then market .. u can get good service experience and live demo experience. I had visited Chroma WTP jaipur store on 25.09.2021 to buy laptop for my personal use. I interacted with Mr. Bhanu there who not only helped me to find right laptop but his detailed knowledge about product and customer service was exceptional. He was able to provide all relevant info and support.

Its a big store and the stock is limited, for anything one asks they say its not in stock and needs to be ordered, the photography section is just name sake they hardy have 2 or 3 cameras. If you ask them for a demo most probably its not going to be available. Billing here takes hours, inefficient way to buy gadgets.

So, I visited this place to buy a macbook and the staff was quite helpful. They even told me all the offers going on and helped me with unboxing the laptop just to check nothing is broken in there. I would suggest to try chroma over imagine for Apple devices. Good work Croma team!

Croma store located at WTP Jaipur is one of the worst places to buy any electronic items. Was there to purchase ACs and after spending 1.5 hrs and price negotiation sales person mentioned that requested product isnt available would take 7 to 10 days. Asked if I can speak to store manager but she was too busy to step out from her office and I ended up returning without purchasing and dissatisfied. TATA isnt known for this, this store is ruining reputation of TATA and Croma brand. Will not recommend to visit this particular store.
