I went here to service my laptop, they did a pretty good for job in that. I can recommend these guys.

We had a computer repaired here and had a great experience. I dont know much about computer or why ours wasnt working, but they explained everything really well when I dropped the computer off and again when I picked up our newly repaired computer.

No one here knows a thing about computer services. I took my laptop which had a fan issue but the person on seat named R.k sharma told me that my motherboard is faulty and needs to be changed and total cost of repair was 11000/- which was not digestable as there was just fan issue I took it to another shop and got my laptop repaired for just 500/- people there are thieves always trying to miss guide u and stole from your pocket.

Worst shop for computer repair .Never ever visit this shop. Staff here is highly unprofessional they dont even know what they are doing no prior knowledge of work . I took my laptop as my battery was not giving backup they rather than replacing my battery told me that there is a problem with motherboard as trusted them and left the laptop for repair. after 5 days they called up and said that motherboard cannot be repaired and needed to be changed i immediately rushed there as i was sure there cant be such a big issue . when i asked for my laptop they said there is a service charge for checking the laptop which was not told to me at time of depositing the laptop. Anyhow i paid and left the shop when i got is checked sum other place i was told that it was just issue of battery and after changing it my laptop was working absolutely fine . But then after checking my system properties i realised that there is only 4 gb ram in my system which was 8 gb when i deposited the laptop . I called the owner but he denied and behaved very rudely. In my opinion only visit this store if u have no concern for your gadgets because its sure these people gonna make your working stuff a piece of junk.

I gave my Toshiba laptop for repair (issue regards display is not showing) & before this my laptop was never opened, the owner of the shop told me cost of repair will be around 3K & I agree on it & on blind trust i handover it to them without signing on device components.After a day I get a call & he said motherboard IC is damaged we have to repair it & it will take 1 more day, again I agree on this.& after 3 day he said your device is not repairable as we dont have its parts please collect it from our office.Again I collect my device without checking what it have or what it not. I am not able to test it because display is still not working.(Note: Before this my laptop was never opened. It was serviced one by the same Computer Doctor)Then I decided to go for Toshiba Service center, I called them & a person assigned to me for on site device check up.On very next day the guy came at my home, he open all device component in front of me & show me what my device conditions.1. First motherboard ram lock is broken2. CMOS battery is not thereAfter checking he said sir motherboard have some issue, I will take it with me & let you know accordingly if its repairable or we have to go with a new one.He took motherboard with him along with the Ram (before living he took the signature on motherboard & RAM, this how professional hes) & left remaining parts with me.After two day later the guy came with positive response that motherboard is working now.Again he came at my home assembled the laptop & when he started, it came know to me that device have single Hitachi HDD & other one Samsung 32GB SSD is not there.I contact DR. Computers & they said Hume to laptop m daal di thi, humare kis kaam kiSo what I lost1. SSD misplace some where2. broken ram lock3. CMOS battery is missing (I know it cost is very low but it show these guys are not so professional)So as per me its the most worst experience with themHighly not recommended

Worst service provider in Jaipur . I got my working laptop for routine cleaning and they did such a cleaning that now my laptop is not charging ,wifi not working . And the staff is very rude when i shared my problem all they said was we dont know this is your problem.
