Got my PC built locally, ended up regretting the decision since not only werent the parts properly installed the job done wasnt satisfactory. Contacted smart techno with my issue. Not only the pc rebuilding was fun and informative the technician sent was very friendly and well versed with what he was doing.Definitely recommend to people wanting to build a new pc or want to get their pcs fixed.

VERY BAD EXPERIANCE. Too much Overpriced. They charging more then 15%-20% amount on each thing. I bought graphic card at 3900 amd they were charging 4700. I got smps on 3100 and they were charging 4200. I purchased both items from raiser plaza on same floor. Just before 8-10 shòps before smart techno. Dont ever go there. Bad attitude and dont know hpw to handle customers.

They are the worst initially I gave a 5 star review after the customer support during purchase of the product but then the real trouble started, I ordered a rog strix 3080ti gpu and I got a unboxed 3080ti. When I mentioned it they said it was new and thats how it came from the company but I can clearly see the seals broken, then the product didnt work properly so I did all kinds of driver installations and then still I had trouble with it so finally I asked them for refund and they said they initiated a return pickup but never got the product picked up even after 2 weeks so I couriered them the product but then after receiving it they said its working fine and cant issue a refund. Even if it is working fine they are supposed to refund since the product is not brand new but they said they wont and arent even responding now. Doesnt matter when the product is released if the seals are broken it means the product was opened and who knows what youve done to the product . You could have even unscrewed it and checked it and no customer wants such a product thats been messed with.

His price model is = Amazon price -100₹ or 200₹.The SSD he sold me had windows and other files on it(what a smuck). And he doesnt have that high of a technical knowledge about assembling. Your money in his hand can only get you lights and RGB but his component selection is very bad. People regret going to Smart Techno only after few months.I can beat his PCs anyday and in less price than what hes charging. Opex computers and MD computers are better option. They provide cheaper and are very helpful.
