Worst experience , ill never buy again on this site... it take 10-to-15 day for delivery and also use third class courier service theyer delivery time longest...after recive order they go to india toure with you order..

I ordered my pc components from this site and loved the packaging and delivery so I continued ordering my rest of the pc components but then they started delivering very late like 12-14 days(that too after mailing them many times) and the product that they sent was not the one that I ordered which was more cheaper than what I bought so after telling them about this issue and sending them images.the sent me an email that there is nothing they can do about it and when I wrote them in return I have received no reply.I paid almost double the amount of the product and now my money is gone.SAD this is the service I get after buying almost every component in my pc.

I have ordered AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 4350G Processor from them on 21st March 2021. I have attached the invoice below, which I have received on March 24, 2021, via FedEx couriers. I have made a full unboxing video of the package, which clearly shows that the processor I have received was damaged, its corner pins were bent off out of the box. But still company clearly denied the refund/ replacement of the product and tried to put all the blame on me. So please beware and think twice before buying products from Mdcomputers.inAdvice- Always make a unboxing video of your product & think twice before buying from this website.

Wont pick calls or reply to emails.

I had placed an order of components worth Rs 1 lakh with them and they had dispatched all the items on the same day and all the components were arrived perfectly packed and they are even more responsible and quick as compared to Mdcomputers Kolkata. They know very well what theyre doing.I will definitely recommend this place to real PC enthusiast who wants to build a quality machine and is expecting a good after sales support.

Well, transaction got messed up. But they resolved it within 8 hours or so?So, yeah good experience. :)Forgot to mention well, the price of product was > 1000 less than Amazon.
