I have this hp laptop last 5 months ago it Broken down. Its Display broken i got fixed it from igoods support. Now Performance is excellent, no lags, Screen replaced the same quality, also replaced hp battery with new one. I wanted to share an incident with you all which I apparently faced. 2 days ago suddenly my laptop (macbook air) stopped working, and I needed it urgently to complete some urgent official work , I came across a 4 star reviewd shop on google named as IGOODS. I went there and showed him the laptop of which he asked me to deposit 1000/- for checking it in advance. I agreed because my laptop is 5 year old and out of warranty and going to the store could have cost double the amount. Today i called him and asked him about the problem and he in a very inappropriate tone answered that it will be 7k as problem is with the motherboard as i belong to a technical field i casually asked him that can you tell me the exact problem, he started acting weird and rude and asked me to not ask such questions and pay 7k if i want to get my laptop repaired . I visited the shop by the evening and spoke to him, i asked my laptop back , he was still not able to answer me about the issue. It was clear that he was conning me. I trusted him blindly because of the ratings. I dont want anybody to face such frauds hence I am sharing a link as well as pictures. Please post your ratings this has to be reported and acknowledged. Everything FREE of cost.Its not about money, its about whether the service Im getting is worth the money that is being asked. If my pocket allows me to proudly own the most premium brand of phone out there, it can sure as hell allow me to pay off whatever that is required to get it fixed.If it takes you minutes to figure out even the pettiest of issues then maybe youre the one who needs to educate themselves on the user manual, because it appears either as if your comprehension skills revolve around the peripherals(as evident from your false diagonosis of the problem) or your exploitative nature prevents you from sincerity. How on earth do you define charging the phone as service worth Rs. 500? I deny the negative rating because they really hard core seller of laptops. They do corporate deal, high work load. Because I market I found non technical people selling laptop. Here I go meet with Mr. Mahesh and got to know how to purchase laptop as per requirement. I did best deal for my office I bought 15 laptops for our software technical staff.
