Behaviour of the technician is mind blowing..He is not selfish..There was a small problem in my laptop so they didnt take a single penny.Some shoppers want to earn money but Doctor computer is not like that..

Dont know, how good they are for window computers but certainly dont know about Mac repair, I showed by retina display macbook pro whose screen was not working, they checked and could not fix it, instead wifi hardware and one USB port are not working anymore. However they did not charge anything for it (but damaged my wifi hardware and one USB port).

They are pathetic, they dont know what they are doing. They will take advance for everything and will give you wrong specification product. After that when you come to know then they will say why did you buy it in the first place. Unprofessional behaviour with no customer respect. While installing upgrades in my product they even damaged it and didnt do anything to compensate it and infact told me that your product has dust that`s why it got damaged.

The shop is being run by Mr. Bhuvan Saini, the guy knows his job very well. Very well spoken and well behaved. I visited 3 times his shop for various purposes and 2 out of that I didnt had to pay anything for the services which otherwise would have costed me 100-200 rs. No Charges for problem diagnosis by him.Out of my experience with Cheap repairs placed like Raisar Plaza and like I have learned that its better to go for someone who has better reputation than someone who is charging less. Since its very easy for people in Raisar to replace the parts of your electric gadgets with cheap substitutes.
