Nice way to deal with costumer.I service center only hard problem can be solved and software problem can be solved by dell support on the toll-free number and they can really help you to solve all issue and something they take your laptop to the remote control access.

On internet location was wrong.It is situated at Kiran path.Google map was showing this at Patel Marg which is confusing.
