Horrible experience male medical ward 3 nursing staff service and behaviour pathetic. dont waste your time and money. Doctor started treatment without proper diagnosis. After five days we have to shift patient to another hospital. unfortunately we could not save our petient. He went to mahatma Gandhi hospital ward by walk. within 5 days his health deteriorated because of the doctor and staff negligence. On duty staff was not ready to measure the temperature. I visited here for chemotherapy.but they admitted covid petiein the same building of cancer patients that is very dangerous for cancer patients. Doctors are very good but it feel like government hospital. Other staff is cooperative. We decided to go back to other options.(but cost cheaper)

A hospital with High class facilities. At present this multi - specialty teaching hospital has 1000 beds. All beds in the General Ward are free beds to cater the needs of the general masses of State of Rajasthan especially the poor and the weaker section of the society. MGH also provides adequate clinical teaching materials as envisaged by Medical Council of India, Dental Council of India, and Indian Nursing Council.

No more than a Government hospital... service is quite slow. hospital staff makes you roam whole campus of hospital. Doctor is in another building, labs in another building, test reports center is at other place. Patients health is least of the concern of the hospital. They dont hesitate a bit, a patient is old age, sick or whatever. If you need treatment here, you have to walk whole the campus spent lot of money then, you will get the treatment here.

SO AT MY PART THIS IS VERY VERY EXPENSIVE HOSPITAL BUT HAVE ALL FASILITIES IN NRTH WEST INDIA.

My father admitted in ICU (after waiting for 3 hrs in ambulance) at 1 am & died next morning 11 am. Was under treatment of Dr. Sumit Goyal, & Dr Shikha Dhal (Radiation ), He just had 2nd stage cancer which 5 doctors stated that its curable. When there is more demand for ventilator, even though they have ventilators empty, they will wait for huge money to get the patient admitting, They will not even see the patient is serious. They will leave them waiting outside, without high level contacts nothing works here . 2 thing u require to get a good treatment here , one money & two a source of any politician or any IPS . No matter patient is their old patient, at the time of emergency they make money, emergency ward is there “revenue generating ward”.

Mr. M.N. Bhatnagar(my dad) was a patient in Mahatma Gandhi hospital, Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and was undergone oral cancer treatment.Once diagnosed that he has oral cancer, we consulted in Mahatma Gandhi hospital on 31/07/2020. It comes out that Mr. Bhatnagar got oral cancer due to a dental implant that happened at Mahatma Gandhi hospital a couple of years back, and regular cheek biting was the leading cause.As suggested, he had gone through an operation on 14/08/2020 by Dr. Dinesh Yadav, which went fine.Dr. Dinesh referred Dr. Sumit Goyal for further treatment, which was 30 radiotherapy sessions and five chemo sessions. As Dr. Sumit went through covid treatment himself and his lung was still infected, he referred Dr. Shikha Dhal for radiotherapy.During whole radiotherapy sessions and chemotherapy sessions, doctors were not present and were done by assistants only.Mr. M.N. Bhatnagar never felt better after 20 radiotherapy sessions and the fourth chemo sessions. Finally, after more than 25 radiotherapy sessions and five chemo sessions, he felt so sick that we insisted on admitting him into ICU on 25/10/2020 but released him the same day as doctors assured us that everything is fine. During all these sessions, doctors were not that supportive, and we felt that theyre not taking good care of him.Meanwhile, Mrs. Indu Bhatnagar (wife of Mr. M.N. Bhatnagar) always raised the concern whenever he was sick but got little support from doctors.We feel that on 25/10/2020 if doctors have checked him thoroughly and gone for a CT scan, they shouldve found a lung infection and can be treated further, but due to negligence, they ignored it.Throughout the treatment, he was covid -ve.Dr. Shikha Dahl completed Mr. Bhatnagars oral cancer treatment on 28/10/2020. Mr. Bhatnagar never has gone through speech therapy and swallow therapy as a follow-up treatment, even if he has a speaking and swallowing problem. Doctors found an easy solution to feed him with a feeding tube, which ultimately became one reason for a lung infection.As his situation deteriorated day by day, Mrs. Indu Bhatnagar tried to reach doctors for more support, but they ignored and have given minimal assistance. Even last few days, they stopped interacting and not taking calls.On 12/11/2020, his situation deteriorated a lot, and we were trying to get ICU but again not gained much support from the doctors who are treating him. They suggested going for a CT scan and covid test.Covid test again came -ve, but he got admitted in covid ICU of Mahatma Gandhi hospital due to lung infection.Even if he is undergoing treatment, Mrs. Indu Bhatnagar was on his own to get him admitted and not got any kind of support from Dr. Shikha Dhal and Sumit Goyal. They didnt pick the call also.Late night on 12/11/2020, he got admitted to ICU, and the next morning (13/11/2020), he passed away at around 11:30 am.Before undergoing treatment, he was a perfectly healthy person, and we cant believe hell leave us so soon.We want to register our complaint as we think there was medical negligence from doctors and that future patients can be saved.

Staff behaviour is very bad. If you are customer of HDFC ergo, then TPA will talk with you like enemy, specially their TPA Rajinder Singh has misbehaved with us, because of we are customer of HDFC ergo. Even I have reported this thing to management, but they have not taken any action. I had to shift my father to another hospital, because of non-cooperation of TPA staff and later on, my father has passed away. Now, Insurance company is asking some copy of receipt, for which hospital is not ready to provide, even I have told this thing to management. I can say, this hospital is not for treatment, they are sitting for business only and staff behaviour is worst than government hospitals. They are not professional at all.

Very happy and satisfied with Covid treatment.Me and my wife were admitted for 21 days in MGH.During the entire course of treatment I didnt face any problem regarding the cleaniness or food.Cleaning and canteen facilities of the hospital was very good.Due to covid hospital was facing shortage of nursing staff but they were putting in their untiring efforts to provide the best possible treatment.Regular check-up, x-ray ,oxygen, BP were checked and immediate attention was taken were required.Proper attention and care is given during the entire treatment. I heard alot about MG Hospital that there are lots of new technology but when i visited over there its all opposite. Departments are organised well but way of attending patient is poor. Experience dr never meet to the patients, only new comers (trainees) attend the patient and they just gossiping each others or give priority to mobile phones instead of listening patient problems. Well organized hospital is good but well treatment is must for every hospital. If Dr dont have time to attend patient simply clarify this thing to patient so that he/she can visit to another hospital instead of handed over the case to new comers who are unprofessional.

This is regarding the carelessness and irresponsible behaviour of Dr.Neha Mittal(orthodontic dept.) She fixed an appointment for June 01 at 11AM for the treatment of my mother s teeth.She gave this appointment on May 24.But she cancelled the same at the last hour If she has clarified the situation earlier, we would have consulted some other dentist in Jaipur. She should have valued the valuable time of patients coming from outside Jaipur. My father was asked to admit under nepho department in MGMu.doctor asked simple screening test and sonography but these test results came in 2 hours but doctors had look next day.prescibed medicine were not given properly by nursing staff,missed one antibiotic and injection which were only main medicine for treatment.i asked for discharge and there was blame game between staff and doctors. Resident doctor is not proactive.pathetic experience.

Economic hospital and worth of money, experienced doctors but doctors do not bother to give you enough time for consultation and some time very harsh with you. Miss of right and proper communication between patient and doctor during discharging. My 6 month old daughter missed her vaccination just because of carelessness of staff and due to not providing proper guidance and then i have to done alot exercise to understand the process of vaccination. Worst hospital in respect to service. Only want to make money from patients. Only do time pass with the patients. They will keep the patient admitted in the hospital even if they are not able to conclude the decease the patient is having. Even if being a private hospital, its working system is worsen than the government one.

I went 1st tym there! So i dnt know about any rules in this hospital. I was suffering from fever nd the receptionist advise me to go in room no. 47 nd meet to Dr. G. N Saxena. In that room alrdy there many patients already present. I ask mam to may i get in. She didnt give me response i again repeated excuse me mam! May i get in. bcz i dnt know that where to sit and where i hv to wait. Either inside the room or outside. And the next monent respond was like aree aa jao aaunti.. Kya excuse me excuse me lga rkha h sha was my mothers age!! Nd my age is 21... Nd bina dekhe hi aunty bol diya to i think unhi k hospital me unhi ko illaaz ki jrurt h aunty ji... I think that tym except to pyr se puchne ki jgh mujhe unki god me hi beth jana chahiye tha... She dnt deserve respect.. If she dnt give respect to their patients!!

MGH is one of best hospitals in Jaipur with emergency services. There are best options with govt. Schemes and all the benefits can be taken which has been provided by Govt. And dr.s are very good by behaviour and knowledge but only thing is that support staff is not that much cooperative which should be. You have to waot for a long if want to go in opd.and there are all departments for all type of treatment. I recommend this hospital.
