Even when we dont want to proceed further this scheme.... We deny them clearly that please remove our bank account from your documents.... But they refuse it for 12 months.... Now for 12 months they cut amount from our account..... They trapped middle class people....... Just dial has been forwarding fake calls details to dealers. I had not even asked for any transport services however Just dial has forwarded details to approx 70 transporters and because of this fake details sharing I am mentally harassed. Pathetic on their part.Request just dial to look into or else Ill be forced to file complaint.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst service I ever opted for. My mom runs a saloon where she was contacted by one of justdial executive to try their services for 2 months and if not satisfied we can discontinue services anytime with just a call but after constant reminders, calls to the executive, justdial, even mailed them that we dont want to use their services so pls stop charging money from my account every month. Most of the time they dont respond or make excuses that you cant stop services before a year and all. My mother have been misguided so much and its been almost 10 months we are still paying for the services we are not even using. Initially they make such bigs claims and now no one is there to even listen. Very upset with their behavior, only option with me now is to keep my account empty so that no more deduction of money is possible. Would never ever recommend, go for it only if you are willing to waste your time and money.
