Its a total spam.Never pay them, never sign any contract for your business with JD.Initially the agent will talk very sweet to make you sign the contract.Later you will get very bad response and money will be taken from your bank anytime.You wont get any correct reason from the customer care.If you call and complain about service, they will ask you to upgrade your plan.NEVER EVER TRUST JUSTDIAL. Dear just dial, please stop playing with peoples time and money, cause we got some better work to do in our life.before payment Just Diel team call me time and time again to list my business on just dial, but ones I have done the payment all thing that they promised me like training set up detail get forget about they calling me, they are not even responding to my calls, not even her manager

Worst experience and Service by so highly named company ever. Never responses on time. Does not provide facilities as written in contracts. i dont know how they get to convince Mr. Amitabh Bachchan to do their advertize. Before contract is being signed they will continuously call and follow u as to extent that u can get irritated also and after signing the contract they dont even make changes if anything is wrongly done and not only this we have to keep calling and asking them to do so. Still no responses. If u call on customer dial no. they will keep u on hold for hours as we have no other things to do.And on top of that u have to give them 1 star so as to post ur review.

Very worst experienc. They have design packages in a such a way so everyone should purchased their lifetime plan. Very bad behavior by the representative also.

Very bad behaviour your reprentative and almost all are made fake commitment just to recover money. After receiving money they left us on our destiny. Never pick phone, no soolution ,no bill, no receipt and no cancilation on non receipt of proper services or bill or receipt. No one responsible for your money. If you once pay money to them then you have only one option, forget your money. I was suffered in my first year but some one named Kishan Gujar meet me and assure to remove all bad experiences but now i have more bad experience than before. He did not pick our phone and remain to search in new murga. Please be cautious before deal with just dial. No one responcible person in this company. Its my one of the bad decision that I renew the contract. If some one give idea to cancel it and recover my money. Even GST credit is also not given by the company to us, so they did not send any bill, no contract and nothing in paper that why they received money for us. The commitment of person who meet are not on record. Good stretagy of company. Today i know the word just. Its only up to recover money nothing after. Its company for just not for time being. Very bad experience. Its my one of the worst decesion and my misfortune to give money to the company. Thanks for experience. But please do not do someone else because we have earn money by hard working.
