I ordered the Chicken Tikka with Naan. On the menu that we got in the mail it said that it came with Salad, Chili and mint sauce. What I got instead was A rolled up soggy Naan in tin foil with really dry spiceless chicken with NO salad NO chili and one small tablespoon of mint sauce. Oh and it gave me GERD reflux and I had to deal with that for an hour. We also ordered parathas but those were whole meal, dry with no oil and were falling apart as we tried to eat them. Never buying from them again.

We got the chicken tikka on naan, there was no salad, the chicken was dry and it came on a soggy naan. It was terrible & tasted like dog food. Their parathas were dry, tasteless and falling apart. Never buying from them again.

Do not order from here !!! This was the worst curry I have ever had ,rang up and complained but they were in denial...... it went in the bin !!! Save your money and buy a cheap curry in a packet , it will be better than this !!

Really great customer service. Fantastic vegetarian options. The employee that server that helped us was very kind and make recommendations. She also brought our order out to us as we were waiting in the car. The place us clean and we got our food within 15 minutes. It was hot and really fresh. We got two curries, six chapatis and salad for 9.50. Will be coming here again.

Ordered from here at about 6.45 and food arrived at 7.30. I got a box of lamb curry which was small and chewy. No rice. 4 times the restaurant called by me and my partner and no one seemed to know what was going on. Eventually got my rice 45 mins later. I dont know how on earth it get good reviews when the food is standard and late. Will not order from here again. Had to kick off to finally get somewhere

Usually 5 star but not tonight. Chicken was fatty and not the bhuna i normally recieve, was more like a jar sauce. Chapattis were hard like they were re-heated and the seekh kebabs had the woody type bits of herb left in them. Maddening as £25 eouod by alot of shopping

Most excellent curry tonight, not sure if the have a new chef on site. More ghee than usual, but you could really taste all the spices tonight, usually good, but tonight was excellent. chappati’s up to the usual standard, best around for miles.

Shocking service. Poor customer service. Food missing, paid for it and they were not willing to come back put and they put the phone down. Wont used again

Ashame we had to give a review all as they dont deserve a star. Ordered lamb, was definitely not lamb tuff beef if that., ordered keema rice got mushroom, 2 curries supose to be specials £8.50 each. £23.67 intotal, sauce tasted of powder meat tuff n tasteless.delivered, tried to phone back as we all know our numbers are displayed when you have phoned b4. Tried for over 30 minutes to get a reply with no avail, several times they just cut us off .Advice dont use and let all your friends know as we will definitely never order again. And make our review public.

Although the food is nice delivery is disgusting. On more than one occasion ordered food with a delivery time of approximately 60 minutes and taken over 2 hours with phone calls to complain. Will not be ordering again.

Have had some really nice currys from here but not tonight, curry was really spicy and chappattis were hard, definitely not freshly made. Samosas were well done, not nice at all Will be a while before I order again.

First time ordering, only ordered 2 meals and part of it is wrong. A bit disappointing after waiting over an hour for delivery. Currently waiting to see how long it takes them to rectify this and I may revise this rating.EDIT: despite saying they would sort the error out when the delivery driver got back, he was a no show. Couldnt be bothered to keep phoning them because why should I? the mistake should not have happened in the first place.Oh and I also went on to find hairs in the rice, after only a couple of mouthfuls my entire meal went straight in the bin and I went to bed hungry.I should have taken photos but at the time I was too disgusted to think about it.Definitely adding this place to my forever avoid list.

Whenever I am back in Bradford I try to pop in to Ranas. Quality food and worth hitting all the traffic on the motorway to bring it back home to Sheffield.Keep up the good work and thank you for been so quick tonight.

Rated 1 star for timing which was good. apart from that my donner meat was dry and my partners cheese burger was dry and poorly presented. requested mayo in notes which i never got... delivery man wasnt very friendly overall poor service and poor quality food. Avoid.

I ordered 1 meat Somosa, 1 keema masala, 1 chicken bhuna, 1 chicken korma and 1 garlic & corriaindor naan. I put the naan on my plate because I thought I wanted it. But then put it back because I was going to eat it later. When I picked it off my plate there was a piece of black hair on it. However the other food was nice. But I was shocked to see there was a piece of black hair on my plate which came from the naan.

Always had good food but the last few times iv got food it was cold when got to me and no taste shame really i will now after go somewhere else

Restaurant prices but not restaurant quality, ordered chicken bhuna , but was really dry,so wont be ordering again , I know bhuna is a dry dish , but the chicken had no moisture in it.

I order from Ranas same time every week on their app with no problem, but last night we waited an hour then phoned to complain, lady said they had just that min received our order so waited another half hour, no food sophoned again and lady said she had not received our order and then took it over the phone, we finally got our food nearly 2 hours after original order, with not even the usual 10 percent off we had to pay full price and the fault was theirs, really disappointed customer, wont be rushing back.
