Offers are not much available..hardly a time! Prices are hiky.. good stuff at mens & womens floor both.. you could really end up purchasing lot if price tags dont bother! Season wise wears all kinds.

No sales support, poor billing support, cashier forgets often to take out tags and embarrassingly it beeps at exit, they waste time to correct that

I usually prefer Westside for daily wear, footwear etc but this time had a bad experience...the manager behaved in a very rude manner. We went there to get a footwear changed which we have bought 2 weeks back & in just 2 wears the sole started peeling off & the threads started coming out. But the manager named Mr.kumawat ( as I remember) said MADAM APKA MANN BHAR GYA HAI isliye aap change Kara rahe ho...I mean why would someone get something changed which one have bought by their own choice. Tata group have always been known for their customer service but this time I am disappointed.

I went there only one time though i like place very much. It have variety and you dont anyone to give that particular dress, you can pick what you wish and try then pay and you are ready to go. There is branch also so if any one would like to explore more inside the w Westside then you surely go...

Cloths for all and everyone in your family.Brand is also fine. Decent quality and customer support is nice. They attend you nicely. I think cloth for girls are not to great. They should have more types. But you should definitely visit for once.

So, they have a good range of clothes, accessories and other things most department stores carry. The store is laid generically as most department stores are. If it wasn’t for the service, where people stalk you with bags while you browse I may have given this store a better rating. The lady who helped us at the women’s section was slightly helpful (post some stalking by her, honestly I don’t need to steal anything - there was no need to keep an eye on me).However most of the stars were lost due to the fact there is only 1 service counter to buy your items and guess what? It honestly took 5 staff members behind 1 register to serve customers. Which made my wait in “line” (because no one here seems to understand the concept) around 10 mins, which was approximately 8 mins more than I would have expected to wait.I guess service is a low priority in this store.

I went to west side and tried one shirt and after I asked the guy named Brijesh to open another shirt and he denied to open because he cant fold it the same way... disgusting behavior of staff... I was planning to buy 4 shirt and ended buying only one chinos... think twice before visiting this store as they wont let u try cloths... need to work on customer service...

There is something for everyone.Home store division is very nice, artificial flowers, plants are looks so real. Decorative pieces are fine.

Not that good collection. Its just like digging for diamond nd sometimes u got some. Its hard to find clothes but may be it is in only my case😅. Whenever i go there i ve to do find clothes just like finding diamonds nd some times i got lucky nd rest of time bad luck.
