I booked this taxi for the Delhi Jaipur trip . On the last day or return, he changed the taxi and said our taxi is in repair (whereas he was preparing the vehicle for sale) and gave us a smaller taxi despite us having more people , with a few old people . The other problem is attitude of the owner. He said you wont be able to get out of Jaipur , you can do whatever you want and so on and so forth.He is a blatant liar and unprofessional.

Picked us up from Delhi airport and took us to Jaipur. 3 days later from Jaipur to Pushkar. Both times drivers were on time and delivered us safely to our destinations. Never once were worried by the way he drove, which is rare in India, and would definitely use them again when we return to India.

I arrived early at IGI Airport Delhi from London yesterday and thankfully the driver was there 30 minutes before the time I was expected. A very good driver, going at a careful and constant 70km/h along the highway which is a decent road to Jaipur. Found my hotel with no problem. Very pleased and I will use this service next time I travel.

I usually opt for JaipurDelhiTaxi when I have to travel to or from Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal 3.I book cab using their website.You can pay 50% or 100% amount while booking.They approve booking very soon.Driver details are shared sometime before the scheduled time of ride.Drivers are good and well behaved.Sometimes I have faced issues where driver came late due to traffic but at the end of the day it was all fine.

We had a extremely bad experience with the driver named Ronesh. He is completely mad and misbehaved with my family and threatened us to leave at the middle of the highway. He even did not stop the vehicle to get some snacks for my hungry child. Please do not book the car if you know that you will be driven by that mad person. Horrible experience....

Our trip from Jaipur to Gurgaon was very good, the driver Kmechano was driving fast in a heavy traffic, but very safe. And also the car SUV was very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Overall good experience as I am using jaipur delhi taxi service from last 6years.But there are few issues I faced from last 2years.I have to submit the taxi bill to my company and they take longer to send the bill sometime instead I need taxi bill soonest.One time my friend book the taxi from delhi airport to jaipur and nobody came to pickup,when checked with they said they didnt book the taxi for him.Finally they send another taxi after one hour.Overall I can recommend this cab service.
