This is the worst experience ever with the Pushpak. When you guys have taken some package for some specific address, why aint you guys are able to deliver it over there. If you guys are unable to deliver something on a specific location, then deny it at the time of taking order. But, after taking a product for specific location delivery, you can not step out. The same happened with me. Your delivery boy asked me to receive the delivery 10 KMs away from the delivery location, This is very bad.This was the last time I used your service. From now onwards, I will not be using this service ever again from you & will try to make this review available to everyone online.And make sure, the guys like Tarun Sharma who are sitting to handle the customers are quite efficient to handle the customer instead of abusing and denying.Worst Devliery! Dont deserve any rating.

Today 6 th day is running for a small parcel delivery from Delhi which comes next day , still unable to deliver despite of courier already received in there office next day still holding it and lingering the things ..... very poor service from PUSHPAK COURIER for outer area like pratap nagar .

No option to give negative star...guys think before using this courier service..once u book dis courier u have gone... infact u talk with the HO guys they wil take side of their people by humiliating you..pethatic courier have ever seen..

No responsible staff, no polite behaviour of staff

They are thieves. Their agents literally kept parcels with themselves and do not deliver till the receiver himself reached their office to collect parcel. Will gonna file complaint against them in consumer forum. CHOR HAI CHOR. Instead of booking parcel in Pushpak Courier, do book in INDIAN POST at least they will deliver parcel at your doorstep that too in time.
