Had a bad experience with the service of my car ford ecosport service. I asked the person who was assigned for the service of my car and told him to see whatever problem is their and change of all the oil whichever is in the car needed to be changed. on call he said all things are good and no need to change anything. just need to change the engine oil. and he washed the car and sent back to us. with in 3 days my car got transmission problem. i immediately contacted another dealer of ford service in jaipur and gave him the car for repair and he showed me that the gear oil was not changed, car was not fully serviced.very disappointed with the service that KS Ford has given. i dont recommend at all the KS ford service for the Ford car. you should go for Crossland Ford service for the service purpose.

Facilities are good but staff pretty slow. I have been here 5/6 times but never seen a floor manager or supervisor asking and directing staff to work efficiently. Not expected. Bad show. Its always the supervisory staff which monitors and improves work culture. I find few always sitting in ac rooms.

Not at all happy. It seemed that the Company just wants to make money. The officials call and try to sell products like coating etc.There was no proper cleaning from inside, no polishing done. Timing of clock was not set right. The doormat of the back side was removed and not kept again. Most important engine noise was not well looked after and gear handle which was changed is very hardOverall not to the standards as one expects of Ford Service.Next time I think I won’t be giving for service or part change

Bad experience........Lost my spare tyre nut and akeley and and nobody is taking the responsibility.Invoice say use of 3.8 l of engine oil and the car stopped after 600 km run due to paucity of engine oil.Very inexperienced n irresponsible.Charged me 2600 for new nut n key.

We own a endeavor titanium we are not from jaipur but every time for car service we come to jaipur to make service done. And every time we have dropped many complaints about the staff behavior and their laziness. Today are driver went to jaipur service center for regular service and due to some AC related problems for which the staff first didnt pay any attention and then they said it will take two days to replace the condenser but now they are saying that it will take 4 to 5 days to replace the condenser as they dont have the parts here in jaipur.Sir having a brand like Ford how can it be possible for not having car parts in a big city like jaipur where every 4th person owns a ford car and endeavor is one of the most popular model. We cant drop our car there for 4 to 5 days as it will trouble as in our daily work. Seriously we didnt expect this from ford brand to give us such after sales service. Such a poor experience with you.

Review for the Service Center:Convenient public transport - especially Shyam Nagar Merto station just few steps away. I found technical advisors polite and good in my experience with ford service.1 star less for the delay in servicing as compared to other Companies service centre .But still a good place as compared to its own service centers.

Over the last 1 year I am facing issues relating to coolant in my ford figo. Took to this service station many times and all they do is rob you of your money rather than fixing the problem. They charge Rs 3800 for service whereas on website it is mentioned as Rs 2199. Not sure why they charge this extra amount and they dont bother to mention. All in all whenever I go to this center they ensure that they make a bill of Rs 10,000 by saying one or the other part is broken.This is my first and last ford vehicle and if there was an option I would have given zero rating.Update Feb 06, 2017 - they charged me 12,000 Rs for fixing coolant issue during my last visit in december within 600 Kms driving the car I am facing the same problem once again. I took the car back to service station and now they are asking me for another 13-14,000 Rs. Such big crooks they are...better opt for any other brand else you will regret big time.
