Very Poor Customer service, Hospitality, staff behaviour worst.As I entered in hotel with family in night hotel staff was sleeped they were talking as they was slept,,,, another staff was telling his college was sleeping so no lights will on. Staff behaviour was very rude,,,, manner less staff...no coperate I never ever again visit this property in my life. Very bad experience

Location is in the interiors where some construction was going on , getting the roads blocked.Rooms water supply had some issue , no hot water and water was coming out too slowly.. complained to the staff who arranged for hot water and another room .. Every request to the hotel staff was promptly attended.

Dirty. And haggle the price because they want to charge you at a price that does not correspond to the hygiene that you find in the room. Dirty sheets, the bathroom smelled of urine and the window was broken and did not close properly and we stayed on the first floor so we went to the streets unsafe ... we always took our valuables with us.Staff speak little English. It is a hotel more for locals.
