We had a group stay at Lalit Jaipur, and everything went very smoothly with absolutely no problem at all. Very happy with the hospitality. Richin is your go to person, and you can absolutely leave everything on him. Very responsibleThough the property is a little old, but hospitality is great.

Good services by the staff, nice ambience. For best experience prefer off-peak dates, when the hotel is not fully booked as they are not well prepared. Food was delicious.

The Lalit.It was an amazing visit to the hotel and great service by Chef Tareef. He has a heart of gold. I wanted to surprise my sister with the beautiful birthday cake and the chef came up with the best flavour, texture, design of the cake which is the traditional Lalit design and everyone was so satisfied with the flavours of the cake melting down in our mouths. The hotel is beautiful place to visit and the services given by the employees is definitely worth it.Once again the food is amazing and the services are just top-notch.

I stayed over a year ago.No iron in the room.Very nice food, excellent room service.Rooms overlook the courtyard below where the evening entertainments takes place.Nice welcome, with beaded necklaces, friendly staff, big breakfast buffet, beautiful reception area, backlit with candles.

I am still stating at hotel... one of the most pathetic services and response to visitors complaints... never ever had to face such nuisance even at basic hotel... and this they say is luxury 5 star...Never ever gonna visit them... not recommended at all..

The Hotel is not extraordinary but extremely spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and a very nice shower -two things that really matter to me. Service can improve but overall an experience inline with expectations.

We were utterly disappointed with the experience at The Lalit Jaipur. Untidy, dusty rooms,very dull lighting in the room, irresponsible and unresponsive staff, underwhelming breakfast buffet were just a few of the issues to begin with. Their restaurant offers a very limited variety of food with sub standard taste and services. The room service people never tend to your needs with a single call, youll have to give multiple reminders. We tried to raise these concerns to the manager, Mr. Richin but despite of his promises to serve us better, no efforts were made in this regard. My humble request and suggestion to anyone reading this review is to not waste their hard earned money at this place and do not be fooled by the brand name just like we did. You will definitely find better places in Jaipur at much affordable deals. For instance, we have stayed at Raddison Jaipur City Centre earlier at half the price and it was a lovely experience.Very disappointed with my stay.

I called for enquiring for the hotel stay.The manager didnt gave proper details .Even when we said we have not understood the details properly ,he was not ready to share the details again.Really bad experience with brand like Lalit .

I disappointed. Construction was going on. Gallery was always smelling with smoke. No playing area for kids. I missed the greenery here. Food was too costly. I was missing The Lalit of Goa. If you had a stay in Lalit of Goa, than please dont mind, but you will definitely disappoint.

Food.Recently, we had a small team party of 20 team members in The Lalit.First good thing: Serving Staff was good and co-operative.But other side of food taste and quality were pathetic.Since the menu was pre -defined by Manager, we expected a better taste, quality and presentation but all was a mess.A regular restaurant or any dhabha can do better.Even a Salad plate was not up to the mark.Curd was stale and sour in Raita.Served dal and vegetables were not fresh and on top of that tasteless.We could not realize, we are in The Lalit eating this low quality of food.

The service is good but the reception staff is really rude, there were continuous series of disappointing events like forget about welcome drink they didnt even ask water on arrival, my birthday was on 2nd so we decided to celebrate here and asked for a basic cake request to which they bluntly refused moreover we requested a pool side view even that was refused asking extra bucks for a view change that we want, my children were asked to leave the gym at 7 pm whereas the mentioned closing time was 9 pm. Im being a regular visitor to the premise whenever visiting jaipur and this time got highly disappointed. Sad to say but The Leela has lost its authenticity and hospitality.

Not at all maintained hotel. Being in Lalit one comes with a brand name but it’s not even at a grade of 3star. After complaining again n again got room at 6:30 pm. No professionalism in staff. House keeping staff in slippers. So low maintained. Also in these COVID times..I repeatedly ask them to sanitised at the bad linens were dirty,washroom not clean. Really bad experience

Lalit should doubtlessly be your choice for anything you may opt - Ceremony celebration, dinner date, stay or anything. Their service is exceptional and staff is highly professional and aligned to giving the best experience to you. My engagement ceremony and dinner date were both wonderfully organized by them. Roop Narayan and Sandeep esp are AMAZING resources to the hotel. They would go out of the way often to make sure that we have a good time. Amazing service, amazing team.

Although they are going to push this down with fake positive reviews, still a warning for all of you..!I Stayed at The Lalit, Jaipur over the weekend in August and the experience was far from a 5 star experience.-- The Good --Ashish from front desk helped us with a smooth check-in experience and also arranged an early check-in for us which was great. He also ensured we were able to get all 3 rooms on same floor.The concierge team also was good and they not only stored our luggage for a few hours post checkout but also could feel warmth in their tone which was otherwise missing in the other hotel staff.-- The Bad --The Lalit doesnt give you a feeling of a 5 star property. The rooms are not sound proof (you can actually hear sounds of people walking in the lobby). There is no 24/7 cold water (good luck with shower at 5 AM). Overall the staff is confused and does not even bother about the guests.We had inquired about buffet lunch while check-in which they had confirmed. And sometime later, when we walk into the restaurant, we get to know it is A-la Carte only. This could be due to current COVID scenario and is still acceptable but what is not acceptable is the lack of information and wrong communication.I had a dietary requirement (Jain food) and had only limited options for breakfast which is ok. But even in the limited options of idli, dosa and gobi paratha - the paratha never came even after talking to the Chef and requesting him to prepare one. Skipped breakfast the other day and ended up ordering via Zomato as that seemed like the only sane option to do.One of us was unwell and we had requested to send just one dosa and idli to the room which was confirmed by the waiter at the restaurant but was never received to the room. Breakfast was included in our package and when after waiting for good 45 minutes, we inquired, we were told that itll be chargeable.-- The Ugly --One of our group member was unwell and required antiseptic cream in middle of night. We called front desk and were routed to house keeping who had no idea about medicine and said will call back. The call never came in so we rechecked after 30 minutes and were told that no medicines are available and before we could ask where we could get them - they hung up on us. I called the front desk to notify them of the same expecting them to either arrange for the medicine (free / chargeable) or help us with where we can get the medicine or even ask the next day as a common courtesy if things are fine but nope - nothing.Our horror doesnt end here. Another friend had requested for an iron in the night to the room which came in about 1 hour after repeated followups. And the hotel then called at 6:30 AM in the morning to collect their iron again. Thank you for ruining our sleep over iron. Looks like the whole hotel has only one iron and if 2 people requests for the same, they are confused as to what to do.-- Conclusion --The whole atmosphere doesnt give you a 5 star warmth and feel. There are better hotels around. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. We were stupid enough to not check TA reviews before staying - Do not make the same mistake.

Stayed last night through agoda and such worst check in experience the girl meenakshi had no clue of wat she informing guests and was listening not to empathize but just to reply.. room is good, brkfast good spread only the service was delayed tht we understand looking at the high occupancy.. but behaviour of this front desk girl wasnt appropriate with us and with another guest who was concerned about his lost laptop... Did not feel like this property as lalit brand

I booked my stay from 17th july to 18th july at the The Lalit,Jaipur.We checked in quite late at night at 12.30 am.As soon as we reached the reception,we were told to wait for 10 minutes for the check in,which we never thought would actually take 35 minutes,despite making a prior booking.During our uneventful wait for the allocation of room,three customers came down from their rooms and howled at the managers(who were in-fact trainees)for not taking their distress calls.One of them even complained for the non delivery of luggage to their rooms which they had expected an hour ago.Hearing the noises,the senior staff came to the rescue but in vain.By then ,another one had come down to the reception complaining that extra bed was not given to them and their child had been waiting for the same since the last two hours.Seeing the chaos,my husband and I decided to take our luggage ourselves to the room.Also,the 24 hour food service was not available which I feel was due to the shortage of staff .Soon we came to know that a marriage was taking place in the hotel premises and around 200 rooms were occupied.The staff was not sufficient to handle such a crowd.This could have been planned before hand but was not.We ordered our food from outside and tried to sleep through the angry noises that our neighbours howled at the staff for the non functional air conditioner.Next morning,we went for breakfast which was jam packed with no covid restrictions being followed.The cherry on the cake was the yellow water that we saw in the washroom taps.Yet again on calling for bell boy for the check out,nobody came to take our luggage, which we eventually took out ourselves.All in all,Lalit has lost it’s legacy and charm.Please never put this property on your travel list.

This hotel is very good, everything is perfect here, but one thing that strikes me is that there is no facility for taxi drivers who come from other cities, they do not have any accommodation for the driver. There is no driver room nor is there any facility for the driver to eat. As many as 3, 4, 5, star hotels are available in the metro city, I have my own experience. The biggest drawback is that these people, apart from only their guests, should have some facility for those who bring them, but the people of these big hotels do not appreciate the small people, it is only in their country.

The property is under renovation and needs maintenance but still its the best amongst available options.

Don’t go by the pictures that you see on the sites, this is pathetic place to stay with family. The coffee cups in the room were not even clean. There are many things wrong about this hotel.Food -limited menu which will not be even available if you do not go in the first hour and once again be rest assured that once you place the order don’t expect it to reach your table. No cups, glasses, bowls or any other kind of cutlery.All I can say was it was waste of my money to book the place for 2 days for a family stay.

Poor service at property interns and trainee are hired, short staffed. When you look for service the staff is delayed by hours to provide any food. Your morning breakfast you would need to fight for a seat even if its first come first serve. The managers are unaccommodating and rude to address any query. Please plan your stay at homestay instead of this hotel...

5 star property but during covid time services not as 5 star property. You need to call more than 2-3 times for your request. Also food is not as per the star category hotel. Only in room dining was available during covid period but the chicken biryani I ordered was not cooked properly chicken was under cooked and portion served was not even sufficient for one person. I would suggest ok for just for stay purpose but food rating is 2* for me

I would specially suggesting that the Lalit Jaipur should be not taken in consideration whenever you plan to book hotel at Jaipur . Rooms are not as per the expectations they have broken curtains and doors . Security acts like mafia , and try to threaten . So would suggest Lalit is not worth a stay , you can plan for other hotels at Jaipur .ThanksRegards

Nice place but nowadays all hotels are not in good condition.

Kids area needs to be open with proper measures now that occupancy rate has increased. Kids really dont have much to do here and can get bored very easily.More authentic food needs to be served on regular basis to give more authentic feel to your guests.Brand like Lalit needs to work towards giving experiences worth remembering to its guests which they failed to deliver on my visit.

The experience was not upto the mark at all. They took too long to get our rooms ready in the first place even with a prior booking then there was a wierd smell in rooms, had to change them again. Service is really slow and the breakfast is really average.

Room service is not prompt.I asked for iron board which is usually their in good hotels.Room staff came with iron and cloth and asked me when he can take back. No stirrer for tea and coffee.

Wonderful variety and spread of coffee and Western food. Space between two tables is descent and people on neighbouring table can not hear talking which is a huge plus. The downside is prices are steep.

Hotel was good as expected, ambiance was also nice the only problems which we have faced was non availability of items as per the menu which they have shared with us. Interdepartmental communication is also another issue here which I would like to mention specially to the management. Being an hospitality professional I would like to advice please have a proper communication before committing any thing to guests.

A very unique experience in Lalit jaipur more suited to non-star hotels. A very strange and undefinable online booking system which can be altered on the whims and fancies of front desk staff. When booking with them expect to be greeted by smiling opportunists. A far cry from the 5 star league who are more interested in satiating their ego rather than filling their rooms. There are far better hotels with better rooms, better facilities and much better people.

The services were very poor, we have to wait for. 45 min for thr food. We had travelled a long and reached their with empty stomach, pathetic response. The manager was good though, he personally assigned a staff for us. The food was ok type like normal street restaurant. Breakfast was same as well. The room has no dish connection. Asked for water and have to wait for 60 min.

The hotel service was very poor.There is my sisters marrage and the is no one to give ice cream in stoles.We have to say 10 times to cut the cake and then they put a knife and expect us to cut the cake.We asked to clean the room the clearly say that there is no service available.I RECOMMEND TO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS RUBBISH

Attended a wedding ceremony here. Absolutely loved the food. Improvements/initiatives they should take up in areas of parking. Specially the entry to basement parking is not at all properly lit. Rooms are fine..its a nice place to host a socialEvent.

Very Good Hotel, Rooms are specious , neat and clean

The service was really bad... Had to call several times to order anything that I wanted... For instance, wanted to order for cutlery but no one was answering the phone and operator kept on transferring. Finally, had to go to the reception and ask the duty manager for the cutlery... Then the next day, food was cold and we asked whether it can be reheated, to which the operator denied,.. now comes the breakfast... Breakfast spread was worst... Fruits werent fresh, eggs were stale, they kept Dal halwa in breakfast, which I am sure of was a left over from previous days 2 or 3 weddings which took place there... No pan cakes available even when asked, no pickles available, no sandwiches available, croissant were also not fresh... Only the rooms were bearable...

Only 83 tv channels presently shows but when we scroll, working channels are much more less. Says STREAM BAD I NEED TO SEE --R BHART, BUT IN VAIN. Need to improve with full package of channels. Customers have own choices.Hope you will improve.

A great hotel.. enjoyed the stay..good rooms, good service and good food.. recommended for a great stay..The rooms are big and maintained. Has a good big gymnasium with good equipment..only thing is they could have kept an attendant there as that area is generally empty and incase any one gets injured there may not be any help.Food was good..good variety in breakfast but was crowded due to holidays season.Location is very close to airport with ola and uber available at all times..There is a mall next to the hotel but its closed.Over all a good hotel and value for money..

I was very disappointed with the lot of incidents during my stay at The Lalit jaipur, which definitely did not match the reputation of Lalit hotel chains. Firstly we were asked for a deposit at the reception, although our stay bills were paid already before the visit. Secondly, we preferred this hotel over others because of the arrangement(Rajasthani folk music in the middle of water infra) they have in the heart of hotel which is currently not functional. Thirdly, we had to wait till 11.30 am for breakfast arrangements because there was a huge crowd of some marriage event at the hotel, the place was spoiled by the crowd and it was definitely not what should be done in such pandemic condition. Lastly, We could see that all staff are burdened with many responsibilities and duties.

We stayed in the lalit jaipur for 2 days from 16th -18th Feb 2021 and had hired around 35 room for a wedding function. I must say in terms of hospitality, food and management it was a total disaster. Inspite of setting the menu 15 days in advance it was not followed and items were repeated on regular basis and that too tasteless. Over and above this inspite of doing booking well in advance a few days before the wedding function we were told that on 17th night we cannot give you the hotel premises, it was given to another party without any reason. Over we didnt expected such a treatment from a brand which call it 5 star.
