Biggest scammers and fraudsters… avoid them at any cost or you will regret your life. Using years old unreliable Chinese routers that work like 1G connection. Forget about speed. Their connection, services and staff are pathetic and untrained. They make only false promises and nothing else. They refused to refund the security amount. Everyone in my society and neighborhood ended their services and rest are on their way to do so. I will post the review on other websites too.

Fraudsters.Its been more than 3 months that they are not refunding my security deposit of 3k. They have stopped answering my call.Unprofessional folks.Just for some money denting the image of railwire. Im gonna do a formal case against u fraudsters.

Worst service provider. i have permanently disconnect the rail wire internet but Ptech is not giving me my security deposit from last 1year or there team has reached my home for the removal of wires and router. They dont respond me now. Railwire customer care said its the issue between you and service provider we will not intervene. So please don’t take PTECH IT’s worst company i ever seen

I bought this connection last month. The internet connection has been uninterrupted so far and I’ve not faced any single issue with the router either. I regularly stream Netflix and it does not lag which is really great for me. My experience with Ptech till now is quite amazing.

Being a long time subscriber of Ptech broadband, I thought I should upgrade my plan and called the customer care for doing that. Quite surprisingly it was done soon after the call ended. Very satisfied with the customer services.

I had called Ptech support staff for information regarding their 50Mbps plan after seeing an ad online. I’ve never had such an experience with a brand’s customer care. Everything was explained to me clearly. I’m happy with their services and only have a positive review regarding Ptech.
