Absolutely worst customer care experience. They do have nice collection and very expensive rates but after once you purchase a clothing item, theyll never regard their customers, let alone if something flaw comes in the item theyll blame you for everything. No manners of talking.I made very expensive purchases all at once only to find that my money all went in drain.Will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!

They have good collection on their ground floor of simple kurtas. I found their suit collection too expensive. Also lehenga designs are mostly gotta patti work. Their collection is not exclusive. have found some of the designs in other stores too. I would call it over priced store. Their jewellery collection of artificial jewellery is good. had bought ab earing 4 years back and it is still shining . You will find lot of tourists visiting the store.

Horrible store. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour by staff and guard. No safety of women. Be prepared to face mental and emotional harassment anytime by staff. Be careful when going there. Worst of all, it not even worth buying this fake, overpriced stuff. They are not ready to take any kind of action regarding this type of behaviour by their staff which is happening to women.

Just ok place. Avg. Collection... limited sizes... cold sales person with constipated faces... almost tired kind of collection.Waist of time if you are expecting good collection... practically you get only 10 to 12% discount against they show upto 70%. Because most items are at 25% discount and they charge 12% GST on MRP which practically gives you 10% to 12% effective discount.

Nice collection at good price

Nice showroom, nice collection but their service is pathetic. Had to come again and again for alteration as the tailor kept repeating mistakes. Had to wait one hour each time at counter for collecting dress. For a brand like zari, expected more.

Zari has forgot to teach its staffs basic senses. Even the clothes are not very appealing.over all waste of time and money.

I was in process of selecting sarees with Zari, they showed me multiple sarees and after working with them late night looking sarees due to time difference of 12 hours... I finally short listed three out of which one was 29,000 rupees which I liked the most.After long discussion I said I liked the 29000 one but it’s out of range.... the sales guy mention no no it’s 22000.. I said oh really let’s final this...Now when a friend of my who is local in Jaipur is going to make the payment, the sales guy said sorry it was my mistake... it 29000 onlyI was in conversation with another boutique and put a saree on hold there which I just denied buying yesterday ....I completely made my mind buying Zari which I have to now... be aware that Zari sales people make mistakes in telling pricesI was expecting the Zari would stand behind their mistake... I have no choice but due to short of time I have to buy from them😡

I had purchased a suit from zari Jaipur but seriously this shop made this line true that ” unchi dukan fike pahwan”They took all the measurements at the time of order but when I received the order I thought that it was my biggest mistake to come to this shop . They hadn’t finished the work of the suit . The threads are not properly stitched and even they gave me the plazzo which was not in my size and which was the sample piece of the other suit. My suit was looking so dirty and the fabric which was used there was so poor quality.The first time I was regretting to buy something very stupid.And yes the staff was so pathetic. They told me to come and collect my order at 3 pm but gave me the order at 6 pm , they wasted my time and their knowledge lever was zero .If there is any negative markings, I will surely go with -100 for zari. Don’t buy and waste your money on that shop.

Such an incompetent staff... Purchased a dress on 13th Nov and gave for alteration. On 26 Nov., on enquiring, the staff still says, they are searching for the article. They take the contact details, promise to call back, but no one ever calls you... Pathetic experience... Over valued articles!!!
