The best service provider in online grocery sale

I have orders grocery and not rcv my goods of amount 800 RS . I am trying from 8-9 hours to customer care . But not rcv any response. this brand just cheat people in This hard time .I am very upset of these type of online selling portal ....I have posted my problem every were link with groffer .but no response .they just cheat people

Really poor to handle Fresh products such as Butter Cheese & All with 0-5% temperature && worst to handle Frozen Products like Meat & all , Team doesnt have idea *What Temperature has to maintain*Better not to buy those productsRaj

Very poor service. They are not reachable for order query or complaint. Delivery boys are rude. The just throw the items and go without tallying, you keep calling them and they dont bother., just run away. Store also dont follow instructions which they themselves make them for customers, for example date and time slot of delivery. They dont even confirm whether they are delivering to the right person and to the right address. Today delivery boy came on a wrong slot and threw items, rang bell and gone. By the time we could see who was on the door he had already started the cart. I called him but he just waved his and gone. I checked my items and realized there were two items short. Now whom to complain. They dont have their contact in App. THIS IS DISGUSTING.

On receipt of short item in order and Bill, find difficult to take up matter as in bill no contact details, mobile no. and e-mail etc.Grofers Id. 118 111 258

We ordered products worth Rs.4480/- on 16 May 2020 it was COD order. So the next day delivery guy drops at our place in the morning and told me that the total amount was Rs.4880 (there were 2 separate bills) he tricked me into believing that one of the item has been charged sperately anyway at that time I didnt have my phone handy to recheck my order amount and in a hurry I belived and paid him 4880. After he left I checked my bills and found out that Rs. 400 has been charged more so I called him back, instead of accepting the fact, he made excuses like membership charge laga hoga so I told him to just come back and return the extra money and not to argue. When I wanted to report this Issue to Grofers sadly I didnt get a suitable head COD issues under Payment/refund category on their app.Just need to be even more cautious while accepting cash deliveries!

Grofers is a Fake company do not complete my order and not refund my money.

My first experience with Grofers was the worst. A day after placing my order I received a message that most of the items from my order are out of stock, so they simply refunded the amount to my Grofers wallet and not the original payment method. Why am I supposed to re-use your service if the first experience was this bad? Moreover, you should return my money to my bank account and not to the wallet. And why the hell do you accept orders if you cannot fulfill it? Bigbasket is far better in terms of service.

The service of Grofers is very poor. The placed order is not delivered even after 5 days. Do not place your order on grofers and waste your valuable time.The customer care service is also not good. No responce even after follow up. They do not have any customer care number.

Very bad experience. Wrong items were sent. Chat was very difficult. After long time I received the message that what ever was avilable was sent. Then today and yesterday I received a call that item will be delivered. After the time was.over and I did not receive the item I contacted the agent. He said I have no item with me. Who is the incharge in Jaipur. Kindly respond.Disguisting Services. Thank you.

Very bad experience.i went there for an interview.and found that there is no management for candidate. All the candidate waiting for his turn outside gate on road at 45 degree temperature.Even no aarange of proper water for drinking.After waiting 2-3 hour my turns comes and enter inside thank God. But inside condition is also same as outside, there is huge area where candidate line up but there not a single fan for relief from hot weather.

Worst experience while looking for customer care support, am unable to track my order # 95192940 after paying the money. Can still any one call me from grofers and assist me in tracking my order.

Orange Cash August 2019 is not adjusted in my last two orders while I am having Aug.2019 OC Rs.2743/-

Product quality is good but nothing is 100% cashback on grofers. i got a cashback, now grogers showing term and condition on the cashback you can use only 10% of your cashback on next order. really its bad experience. Also i have tried to contact to support department but even i didnt connected with any agent there is no support for customer. Grofers just providing predefined MSG for customer support.

This is the worst app ever....I have spin and win ...and I win a phone....after 3 days my order has come but not my gift..I ask to him then he say it is fake....then I complained to the grofers...then he said it is not fake...then I wait...and again my gift was not come....it is the worst app

I was going to give 0 star but out of option had to give 1. One of the worst service and app. There is no response to chat and customer care number is difficult to reach. Order gets placed but not seen in my order screen. This is second time it has happened. I will never use Grofer again.

Very low inventory stocks and promote only savemore products but the most brutal marketing is that they give no option in the stock and how the Jaipur super store does not provide laxmibhog ata and Saras products as they are available in every grocery store OTHER than super store.
