Amazing.Cloth is good.Cotton cloth is very different.

They are not following covid protocols, their staff is arrogant and do not wear mask.

Had bad experience..The staff standing besides me was adamant and not putting on his mask, when asked he said he has all rights to not put on the mask. He claimed that he is the owner, but he didnt behaved like that.

Their ad shows shipping in 48 hrs. It has been 4 days..when I questioned, the person at kishori sari says AAP courier me poochiye.. wahaan late hua hai..Terrible mistake buying from these non branded non customer centric shops

Shopped for lehanga in March 2021. Limited varieties may be due to Corona impact but they had good pieces and at reasonable rates . Would definitely recommend to everyone .

I bought so expensive suit from here, and it got shrinked so much that pant has become capri for me, and I can not get inside kurta. I usually keep my clothes little lose, even after that i can not get inside. It is responsibility of staff to inform that cloth is shrinkable nd they should leave margin for that. I just wore the dress for once. They didnt leave margin. I can not do anything with it now🙄

Here you can buy saris, lahanga set and other ethnic ladies cloths. Stuff provided here is good but price is slightly high. Its a upscale store. Behaviour of staff is professionally not so good and need to be improved. Delivery of items were as promised.

Excellent Saree shop. Large variety of material available. Range varies from daily wear, to party wear to maariages. We bought lot of sarees from here, all very very reasonable pricing. A must visit for every tourist, visiting Jaipur.

Worst customer service ever. They barely took the effort to show me some sarees, but then proceeded to tell me that they dont do custom made sarees, even though I was told by another employee that they do. Generally, they were rude. And the sarees were not elegant but tacky and did not appeal to me at all. I am southeast asian, and Im not sure if that has anything to do with it, but my sense is that theyre racist.

The store has good collection but the owner behaves like a fool. I went their with my Mom to buy one lehanga set for my sister who lives in Melbourne. After finalizing two sets I requested staff member that I would like to buy one from these but before I do I would like to show it to sister through video calling. It was just a simple request and that staff member directed me to the owner to seek his approval which was fine. I respect the policy so I went to meet the owner, explained everything but it appears he is mentally harrased and does not understand anything. He said that video calling would not work, colors will change if I do the video calling and my sister would not be able to see the actual colors and designs. I hope he has someone in his family who can make him understand about the technology, how we use it in normal life and how it helps to grow up our businesses. Anyway I left the store, went to Zari a near by store with awesome collection and educated staff, bought one set and they allowed video calling as well, I appreciate that they understand customers needs, specially when you are paying approx 25k just for 1 set. Thank you Zari!!

Unprofessional and poor experience. I have confirmed on phone that my item is ready and I can take anytime. But when I reached to collect my lehnga set, they asked me to come after two days.
